I had ordered previous pizzas that were not good and when this order looked just like the previous bad order, I returned it. The first person went to get their manager after telling me I got what I ordered. I thought it was hand tossed instead of pan, but either way, even if it was pan, it was bad pan. When the manager told me my food was correct and they didn’t even look at what I was returning, I knew there was no interest in making sure things were actually right. I returned the pizza and was told that there was no one in the store that could issue refunds. That seems like a pretty big oversight when scheduling a shift. Now your customer’s money is reliant on the people you don’t trust to issue refunds being responsible enough to make sure the refund is done with someone the next business day. I’m sure you can guess where this is going… That was 3 days ago and no refund was issued. I was told, “Now this has to be thrown out”. Yes… I SUPER hope that’s what happens with all returned food. That’s what I was going to do if I kept it, too. This was not a great experience.

This Pizza Hut location has made big improvements lately. Our pan pizzas have been perfect for two weeks in a row! Crisp crust on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside! The toppings have been great! The delivery drivers are super courteous and always on time! I don’t think we will get pizza from anywhere else. Keep up the great work!

This is by far the worst experience I have every experienced with a restaurant I ordered food on superbowl night I was provided a confirmation # I called to add a cup of cheese to the order that I forgot to add on. They proceeded to tell me there is no order there I told them I have a confirmation # they at that point tells me the order was cancelled. I call in to replace the order thinking it’s an online issue they proceeded to tell me someone called and stated their card was stolen and a purchase was made. Which is mind blowing I’m appalled seeing that this payment method is the same payment method I have in my Pizza Hut app that’s been attached to my account for 5+ years I have always paid with my same card I usually use the Centerville location but recently moved to Kettering so I say that’s impossible ask to pay another way they refused now I’m really frustrated I just want to get my children fed. They just didn’t want to deliver clearly they were watching the game if I offered another payment method there should not have been an issue. I ask for more information she proceeded to hang up the phone leaving me with all types of questions 1st my bank would have notified me 2nd they still have the payment pending in my account they stated oh it will release in a few days i call to speak to the GM Ken no help I’m interested if a card was reported stolen why wouldn’t a report be made? Minding you the card I have again the same card I have been using for years still have this card. the way it was handled was rude it’s a terrible experience my financial institution has no idea why this would have happened i work hard for my money and would never use a payment method that does not belong to me the fact I was refused service is crazy behavior and unacceptable my payment method has my name on the card and is associated with my account The GM Ken lacked sympathy never explained why I couldn’t place a order with cash or another card. I am disgusted to say the least me and my children have been ordering with them for 8+ years and so glad I was able to call a local pizza place and get service I have will no longer order from Pizza Hut and I am still left with unanswered questions? They refused to go over prior payment history to confirm what I was saying is true I have been using this card with my institution for years to place orders with Pizza Hut he proceeded to say he can’t access that but my app still has my same info same payment. Why is the charges still pending and have not been released. I asked for corporate # he proceeded to tell me he is the only one to handle it…how if you state you don’t have records to verify my orders? He gives me a # that has no option to speak to anyone I have since opened a BB report to investigate and I want answers I have been a loyal customer for years so much that I have free rewards on the app I will not be using I am disgusted and would like the funds to be released again since it still states pending and my order was canceled terrible experience. Lack of support, lack of customer service and cannot provide any information. I called my financial institution to dispute but it’s pending. Very upset and now my money is on hold on an account that “supposedly didn’t belong to me”

First off, this location is NOT dine in, it is carry out only! All the photos posted by Jim Frazier are false. They are from a Pizza Hut in Europe! I just uploaded new photos of this location. The restaurant was well staffed and friendly. I let someone know about the false photos on Google.

I placed an order on Tuesday, August 12th online for the Tuesday personal pan deal for $2 up to four pizzas. I ordered four pizzas. The total was $8. I paid at the store and was charged $9.20 through bank statement posted following day. Just so happens to be 15% more than my total. Be aware everyone for this store location for adding in 15% tips after transaction and leaving the store. This is the store at 900 East Dorothy Lane Kettering, Ohio.

Spent over $30 to get two pizza’s with zero sauce. The crust tasted like cardboard. I called the store and explained I was not able to return tonight and was told they do not offer credit so they couldn’t do anything unless I was ready to have my pizza remade tonight. I won’t be ordering from pizza hut again.
