Taste. Its decent fastfood, wait time wasn’t too bad, pricing was a bit high. And the portions were odd, either it was waaay too much rice or there wasn’t enough meat. Regardless something was off.

We absolutely love coming here! The food is always hot and fresh and cooked to perfection! Z was our cook today and she did a phenomenal job! She greeted us with a smile and checked on us a few time while we ate. Clean inside and good music! Keep ip the fantastic work!

Service was fantastic and food is great, but the pricing is ridiculous for fast food. Why get fast food when we can get sit down hibachi at a local authentic japanese hibachi restaurant for the same price? For comparative purposes, it cost us double what the mall food court hibachi costs. A chicken bowl with some extra chicken and fried rice is $30- more than our local sit down hibachi restaurant one town over, and the portions are smaller. We liked it but it wont be a usual for quick eats/take out due to the high cost.

Great costumer service by Joey (hope I got the name right) but he was working nov. 22 Saturday afternoon. Food was delicious, the rice had crispy parts which wasn’t good but majority of it was great. We went to celebrate my daughter’s manchester road race run and she was so happy. She even reminded me to write this review here and yelp. Anyways I was pleasantly surprised with the service recieved they even brought the food to our table and he checked on us and helped cleaned the area because baby made a mess (TY not making a fuss). We would be back!

After seeing this place in passing decided for the whole family excited to give it a try.
Ordered online and given a time of 8:54pm pickup.
Arrived at 8:45pm to a locked door, 2 customers inside the small store front along with a younger kid behind the counter ignoring my knock and wave with my order confirmation on my phone screen.
Called the store directly and once again ignored answering the call. Just stood at the counter looking awkward. I simple answering of the door or phone would have identified who I was.
15 minutes go by now after 9pm between staff looking at me from in the kitchen area several times. The other customers walk out opening the door. I get greeted with a annoyed “Can I help you” let’s me in. Hands my food that have been sitting in a bag for more the 20+minutes now because I was staring at it since 8:45….so who really knows.
Get home to stone cold food and while the flavors are decent. The proteins on are underwhelming for the price we paid.
Sadly I dont think we will be trying this place again and being close proximity to my work eliminates this as a lunch option for our crew.

The meat was burnt and the sauce was not that great. The fried rice was too moist. The veggies were nasty. I do not recommend this food. Equivalent to soggy gas station food. The chicken potstickers were put in a bag so it was soggy by the time we ate it.

Ordered bowls and appetizers. They failed to include all the items I paid for – when I pointed it out I was offered a $2 coupon – less than half the cost of replacing the item I bought and never received. Orange chicken and steak teriyaki were good – chicken katsu was not good.
