I never post reviews but this was was especially frustrating. Upon receiving my sandwich and taking a few bites I noticed at least three hairs in said sandwich. Who knows how many there were before I really inspected the food. Absolutely disappointed, can usually overlook a single hair as a mistake but the fact that there were three seems almost intentional. Folks look before you eat. Won’t be back to this location.

Service sucked and food did too, totally inappropriate attitude when I asked her to change her gloves due to food allergies she said that will not make a difference we touch everything. She was rude about it, I took my elderly parents to eat. They were not please with the food or service. They need Customer service lesson. And the restroom door had to be unlocked with a screwdriver… So needless to say I didn’t eat. Not going back.

I want to like this location. Unfortunately I have to ask if they have all the ingredients for my sub before placing online. This store by noon is always out of roast beef and usually a bunch of other stuff. I drive 10 miles from my house now to a different subway that knows how to stock and prep their ingredients. Have not had a problem since changing my drive from 1 mile to 10, lol so sad.

Wish I could give more stars. The manager was by herself 04/30 lunchtime and cleared the whole store and drive through out by herself! Stayed positive and kept up with everyone’s orders! Would recommend!!!

This subway on 34th and Ave Q is the best! They are always friendly and make you’re order right! My kid will say mom can we go to the one where the guy he’s funny and tells me jokes? He means the one on 34th and Q.

Do not go here. There were people fighting in the lobby and yelling slurs at each other that was being ignored even though it put everyone in there in danger. They forgot my drink, and my wife was scared and wanted to leave so we cut the loss on that. The chicken in one of the sandwiches wasn’t cooked, still frigid cold so you could tell it was just thawed, I hope I don’t get sick from the bite I had to find that out. I asked for everything to have extra lettuce on it.. and there was practically none, like a pinch of lettuce, and everything just drowned in sauce that made the bread fall apart sopping. Everything just seemed like so much less than any subway I’ve been too, like they are trying to stretch their ingredients and get away with it. We weren’t going back to get a new order after the absolute mess the place was and not risking getting hurt.
This was a mobile order getting picked up, of which their app was off on timing and services available too which didn’t really help. They don’t even have an option to report about your order on the app so there’s no way I’m getting refunded. Save your money or go to a different subway.

I ordered a veggie patty on the app from this location. Normally, they will call and adv you of the change or their inability to fulfill the order and ask if you’d like to change it at other locations. Their communication about foods order online here is subpar. I would refrain from ordering here if youre in a hurry. It’s best to call and ask. Their online menu is not reflective of the actual menu. Coupled with the lack of communication leaves you decently unhappy

If I could give this place a 0 stars for their customer service, I totally would. The tall black Male taking our order Sunday morning was ABSOLUTELY horribly rude!! He pretty much screamed at me the whole entire time I was trying to place my order even after I told him to give me a sec while I looked at the menu, which there was no body in front or behind us in line, it was just me. Once I pull up to the window to get my order this guy kept screaming at me, once I started placing my order (I was still being polite and nice) he was still being disgustingly rude, making me feel stupid, still with a horrible attitude. Like I’m sorry if you don’t want to be there or work. Like I get it but don’t take it out on customers, SPECIALLY when the customer has not been rude not one single to you, which I could have but I didn’t. I ended up leaving in the middle of placing my order because he was being so rude I was afraid to lose my cool. Please look into possibly hiring people that don’t have such a nasty attitude and that don’t scream at clients.. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. Will definitely not be back.
