They now have little fobs to let you know when your order is ready; perfect timing with the weather getting colder. Yummy beans. Lovely people. Have a spicy salsa for your food if you’re so inclined. Favorite food truck here.

Street Tacos, Street Corn and Chicken Burrito were SO GOOD! My husband loved the beans and rice that came with the burrito meal. The green salsa was pretty mild and the red salsa packed plenty of heat. We were passing through Effingham but we’ll come back to Taqueria Jalisco next time through. Highly recommended!

The food here is excellent. I have haven’t tried everything on the menu yet but what I have tried so far brokers no complaints. They have a couple of outdoor tables if you are on foot or just don’t want to eat in your car or take it home. If you haven’t tried yet stop by.

Best tacos I’ve had in the Midwest! Had the carne asada and chicken tacos. Meat was well marinated, and salsa was the perfect balance of spice and flavor. Reasonable price too. We will be back!
