Was on a business trip. After being in Netherlands for few days thought of trying Indian food in Rotterdam.
Happy to say that the food gave an authentic Indian spice taste. As requested the Chicken Jalfreizi was medium spicy and lam Rogan Josh was without spice. Would say the lamb pieces were very few compared to the price but sufficient gravy to serve 3.
Had called the restaurant earlier to order but they said I would not be able to pay by card, having no cash on hand they suggested online order.
Found the food cost to be on higher side as all gravy dishes are €18+, each naan costed €3.5+. They gave boiled rice and pappad complimentary with gravy dishes and delivered in an hours time though I was 1.5 kms away.
Have given pics of the dishes for ready reference.

All their food I tried tastes very well, nicely spiced and not too greasy. I recommend the paneer tikka masala, lamb Josh rogan and Butterchicken Desi and above all the mint tikka! I ordered their several time and the quality is always consistent as well as the service. Great place and kind people. Also great that rice comes with the dishes!

The food is really good. Everything is home made and made of fresh food. Prices are are ok. For a little restaurant the choice is really huge. I had the Chicken Saag and Garlic nan and basmati rice. The taste was very good and there was many chunks of chicken in the Saag. Portions are (for me) very big. Enough for 2 days even. The Garlic nan cood have been prepared with more Garlic. The people are very nice and helpful. We will certainly come back here.

The place is nice and well maintained. And The service is good and quick.

The biryani was one of the best I ever ate. The dahl makhni was a little too thick for my liking. The naan and other dishes were good.

Would recommend

Never order delivery from here. The food is fine when you eat in, but their delivery service is a complete mess. It took about an hour longer than the estimated time, and when I called, they kept blaming the drivers—even though several had already been assigned and they still missed the prep window. The last 30-minute delay was the worst: the food was ready but there was no driver available. After waiting two hours in total, the food arrived cold, and the restaurant kept shifting blame instead of taking responsibility. Terrible management never again.

Ordered the paneer tikka masala w/ butter naan.

I thought the serving size of the paneer tikka masala was small. Barely enough for one person. My tikka masala only had 6-8 small cubes of paneer. I did not like the texture of their paneer very much. My tikka masala also had roughly chopped bell pepper, diced onion and julienned ginger. I did not like the bell pepper and onion because they had not been cooked long enough. The taste of the curry was good. It was medium spicy.

I did not enjoy the naan very much. The naan was slathered in butter, which I liked. However, I prefer my naan thin and crispy. Their naan was thin and a little chewy. A bit doughy.

Their chai is made without sugar. It was good, but you have to add at least two packets of sugar.

Service was excellent. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Bathroom was clean.

So far one of the best Indian restaurants we have tried, especially dipping their yummy garlic naan in their tikki masala sauces. With every dish comes rice. But recommend to order some extra naans too only for dipping. For take out they will give you a bag of kroepoek free of charge.

Not many places have Mango Lassi on their menu. So I have always loved to get this as well, but the last time it tasted too milky and had very light mango taste. Maybe they added less mango in it this time? Hopefully it is only this time.

If you are looking for desi, Indian home style food this place is must to visit!
Very authentic Nepalese and Indian dishes, Momo not yet tried but must be yummy, not many places here one can find Momo! Starting from the appetizer to main course, everything is well prepared with finest aramatic touch! It’s surprising to see a Nepalese Beer too! Very reasonably priced, clean, and hygienic place! Compliments to the Chef and Dharma for his warm hospitality ! Surely a place to go back regularly..

Excellent Indian and Nepali restaurant. Decor is simple but largely compensated by the food and attentive service. Try the Nepali momo : sort of dumpling with meat and a very nice sauce. Meat dishes are tasty and so are the vegetarian ones. We did not go for very spicy dishes but they were nicely flavoured with a good balance of flavours. The naan is freshly made and one of the best we have had. Prices are on the higher side for this type of restaurants but portions are very generous (starter and mains is a little too much for the average person).

This place is not suitable for Asians as they put lot of sweet into the curry. The most I ever had . I understand why they do that but it should be balanced and not like ordering a sweet curry . Also the strawberry had lot of sugar added into it. Chefs/staffs should refrain from adding too much or atleast taste themselves before serving. Presentation was good, snacks were good but when it comes to other areas, they need to adapt .
This is not a place for me to revisit again.
