This was my second worst experience from this location. Previously I ordered a gizzard combination plate. They must of cooked the gizzards in old burnt grease, unbearable to chew. . That’s exactly what my food tastes like. I just figured I came on the wrong day or something. I said I wouldn’t try the location again. Today my co-worker talked me into going once more only to be overly so disappointed. I ordered Shrimp egg foo young. Why was it 3 baby shrimp in a ball of bean sprout brain. It looks like. Box of goat throw up!! The taste matches the look!! They did offer to replace the food , but after two horrible experiences, I highly suggest you put this as you last resort or order a drink if anything. The quality of food and service is 2/10 !! Highly disappointed I could cry!!

Paid extra for added basil. Instead of using fresh basil like anybody would expect, they sprinkled old, dried basil flakes. It completely ruined my food, which I believe could have been good otherwise. Now it tastes like dirt.

So, the rice was old recooked and the St. Paul that I paid for extra crab has 3 small places of crab and I asked for no pickles and it could pickles on it anyway. I feel like this location just literally does what it wants to do. They don’t give a cotton taking care as long as they take your money. This was my first and last time going to this location and I will make sure that I tell everyone !!!Do not go here!!! when they come from out of town.

Ordered shrimp fried rice, special fried rice, and 12 extra crispy hot braised chicken wings. The wait was longer than I was told when I ordered online. They fried my shrimp fried rice dark which is not what I ordered, they gave me somebody’s jerked chicken and rice, and they didn’t give me my 12 wings. Awful service!!!

I tried Rice House for the first time today, I ordered the general tso’s chicken combination plate. AMAZING! The food is so delicious, including the crab ragoon and egg roll. The staff are so pleasant and welcoming. Will be back!

Disappointed in this restaurant especially during the pandemic. Seems as if the focus is on the money and not the quality of the service. In this matter the food to be exact. Paid over $30 in lunch and the cost wasn’t the problem. I don’t mind pricey food if it’s worth it. The Philly cheesesteak wontons were mostly air as you can see in the photo. We paid $10 for fried air totally disrespectful. The duck and noodles that I ordered weren’t good neither. The noodles were horrible fresh. You have to let them sit a couple of hours so the juice is absored into the noodles. The duck was good but I had to fight around the bone. I’m willing to give them another go just not this year.

I’m disappointed this use to be my go to spot and I moved out of the area. I was in the area and wanted lunch, I ordered deluxe steamed rice with bean sprouts and broccoli, extra duck juice. When I got home I had fried rice and there was hardly any meat. I had 2 shrimp, in the whole box. I’m upset I paid $15 and I feel like I wasted my money cause it’s not what I wanted and I stay 30 mins away now. Safe to say I won’t be back any time soon.

The Good: the Cheeseburger Eggrolls and Strawberry Cheesecake Rangoon were great! These two carried the rating of this place for sure. The fried rice was also solid.
The Bad: the lo mein tasted like garlicky dish water, and it only got worse the next day. You can’t get a half order either so I’ll save you the trouble of getting a 6-pound box of agony.
The Ugly: the duck, while tasty, had bones everywhere and I don’t understand why it was cut that way. Gross. I think the chicken and broccoli also had a bone in my first bite which was unpleasant. I don’t come to stir fry to bite into bones!

My first and last time going. I order sesame tofu fried hard. Waited for 40 minutes and to get home and it was regular fried. Upon leaving the employee told me to make sure I give 5 star. Never and the fact that it had good flavor it may have been good. I guess I’ll never know!
