So, the first thing I noticed no one washes their hands, no hairnets or gloves. Is this a new norm? My pizza was too saucy, I asked for light sauce and well done. The manager remade it. He didn’t wash his hands nor did he have gloves. The next one I received was undercooked. I would have to put it back in the oven. I just threw it in the trash. This use to be a great Papa Johns it is going downhill and I will not support. The health department really needs to do a check on this place before someone gets seriously sick. The Large pizza looks like a medium. New, clean management needs to take over this establishment. ASAP!

I went yesterday & ordered 2 large pizzas & 1 order of brownies. The brownies were delicious, soft & fresh! But BOTH pizzas tasted rushed & undercooked. (The girl said it would be done ✔️ n 10 mins) The bread was doughy , more cheese than pizza sauce. The cheese was awful, is tasted like glue. I will NOT be back for a while

Ok, this is not the standard y’all. Lol ok, the last one I got was beautiful, this one wasn’t. Papa Johns, please keep up with your standards when sending out your product. Right now, you are my fav.
I understand ever product won’t be perfect; however, every product you choose to send to your customers should be. You have great items. it’s just, the commercials out shine what the local stores give out.
Although this one didn’t turn out right, I still recommend the doritos cool ranch papadia; but, only if, they are cooked right.
Side note: The sauce in the cup was not enough.
If, the small amount of ranch sauce is the standard, i would suggest buying smaller sauce containers in order to decrease waste and increase efficiency; this way you can save those cups for the sauce that demands that type of space. The sauce was about 1/4th of the cup. Meaning about 75% of the sauce cup was not used. That’s 3 more sauces that can fit into that one container. 5 containers of your sauce =20 servings if you fill it up meaning 15 servings of that is just air. So, out of my 1 container i recieved 3 servings of air.
Buying two different sizes can help the customer as well. 1/4 of a cup looks like the person filling it up, ran out of it, and didnt care to get more.
Also, please final check the food before sending it out to the customers. Papadias should look as good as they taste.

Ordered online. 1 hr after ordering got message it would be delayed 30 mins. Then got message it was delivered but it was not. Tried to call store but they were not answering. Call customer service and they said they had to check with store and I would be contacted in 72 hrs. Went to the store next day. They were short staffed and I had to wait 30 min to speak to manager. Finally got my refund.

THE WORST Papa John’s on the planet…..and the sloppiest made pizzas in Goldsboro! Seems there’s no supervision here and employees don’t care! Definitely gone downhill over the years, use to be good pizza, but no more.

Firstly, my food was delivered to the wrong address. When I contacted the store manager, his tone was DISTASTEFUL AND DISGUSTINGLY RUDE, all because I had asked if my food could get delivered back to the correct address. When my food arrived it looked messed up, uncooked and incorrect. It looked like throw up & i did not even receive the stuff crust or my honey chipotle wings I asked for. I cannot make this up you guys.

I’ve never experienced this level of incompetence before in my life. This is the third time I’ve ordered online, received a notification that my order was ready, then showed up just to find that they forgot to make my order. I was nice about it the first two times, and patiently waited while they actually did their jobs. This is unreal.

Gluten-free pizza appears good. Nice to have the option of Papa John’s or Dominos for gluten-free. Apparently whichever Papa John’s one goes to, at best they will only just cover the bottom of the container with their “Papa bowls”. Just so people know.

I’m sure the pizza would have been great when it was fresh, but it tasted like it had been sitting in an insulated bag for two hours (that’s how late the delivery was). Door Dash delivered the pizza but if you’re going to have another company deliver your merchandise, you need to be responsible for it. Called an hour and a half in and the employee didn’t act like she knew anything about my order. Also ordered and payed for sauces I didn’t receive. I’ve normally had great experiences with this location…
