Came in on March 4th and the store was sooo busy but the staff were so kind and worked as fast they could!! A couple rude customers but the employees handled it sooooo professionally. Definitely some of the nicest works I’ve met! Love the food here as well!

I have genuinely never seen a slower Jersey Mike’s location. Waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes as the person in the front of the line with no one in front of me the entire time. This is my second visit to this location and the first time I walked in and also waited an excessive amount of time as one of the only customers in there. From waiting for someone to acknowledge you and take your order to making a simple cold sub, everything moves in slo-mo at this location.

Ordered a hot sandwich that came out cold. Waited for ten minutes to get my food at the drive through. Cashier had to take my card to the other counter to pay for it, and didn’t tell me how much was left on the gift card after returning it to me. Didn’t ask for a phone number for rewards points… I’m disappointed Mike.

No customer service skills at all. I went inside to place an order. All 3 of the guys working played the “avoid eye contact” game. No one said anything to me or each other. I stood patiently for 5 minutes with still no acknowledgement. They busily made sandwiches for the drive through but absolutely ignored a person standing ,looking at them. Just awful. Don’t waste anytime trying to get anything here. I just walked out with no words.

This place is really good. Usually sandwiches are somewhat boring. But at Jersey Mike’s they are always so good! I go here often. It’s clean, and food is fresh and tasty. I suggest adding the cherry pepper relish. Really adds to the sandwich.

I used to like this place but the last three times I’ve went there they were out of bread. They also take 20-30 minutes to make my sandwich when they do have bread. The service is very slow.

Visited Jersey Mike’s for a quick bite, and the sandwich was undeniably good. However, the experience left a bit to be desired. Opted to go inside due to a long drive-thru line, and unfortunately, there was a bit of a wait because they were having to service the drive-thru plus the customers inside.
While the food met expectations, the service and overall experience was nothing noteworthy. It was a straightforward transaction with no standout customer service moments. If you’re looking for a decent sandwich and don’t mind a standard fast-food encounter, Jersey Mike’s delivers.
