I ordered 2 Mac and cheese and a Ruben($7.99) sandwich, and it came to $17.94 on my debit card (in the Tampa Bay area) and both orders of Mac and Cheese literally had 2 spoonfuls in each cup, I said I wasn’t paying that kind of money for cups that were only halfway full and he said there’s nothing he can do about it that it’s pre measured , so I handed them back to him then he got the manager to come over and he was a real jerk, very rude and after going back and forth with him he that I was at an Arby’s 2 weeks ago and the cups were filled to the top (in central Eastern Pennsylvania) for the same money. Finally he said GIVE ME YOUR RECEIPT, and he gave me $9 cash back. So not only did I not get the Mac and Cheese that I wanted,,, he ripped me off for the tax!!! I can totally understand why this Arby’s has so much lower of a rating than another Arby’s a few miles away, which I did NOT go to after the experience I just suffered… I highly recommend AGAINST this location.

Okay so I’m not here to roast employees that may or may not give 2 chits about their job. I was there@ 8pm, 2hrs before closing time and was asked to pull forward and wait for my Mac n cheese bites to finish being cooked. Approx 10 minutes later my food is brought out. Missing 2 orders of the au jus and they literally had the nerve to fake one of my orders of curly fries. Why aren’t you making more fries too fill orders? Also, is it that hard to make a burger right side up? Should I be mad or just sympathize with the other employees who are stuck working shifts with individuals who don’t take pride in their work.

This Arby’s is astonishingly incompetent. No matter what you order, you can bet they’re going to get it wrong. When you get home and realize it’s wrong AGAIN, they’ll ask you to drive back to the store.

Thought we would try the new steak bites and mac. Husband threw half in the garbage and is currently throwing up the rest in the toilet. Judging how our meals tasted, that may be where they came from. This Arby’s should be ashamed for serving such crap. Oh well, lesson learned….

Instead of making sure, the condiments, napkins and straws were filled, the staff sat Add a table by the side door, laughing, joking, cursing. I don’t know who this manager was but the previous managers for this restaurant were much much better.

Review for 8/12/23 Lunch. Don’t waist your money here. Go to another Arby’s. 1st Your manager, Mike, happens to be the most unprofessional individual I’ve come across in the business. Let him know he should bring someone to the side to correct a mistake instead of raising his voice at a customer because I asked him 2 questions. There were children amongst them. I’m sure it was memorable for them. I was at the store early. I watched them make the shake and put it in a draw. As I watched a young man microwave a bun and then microwave it again with the cheese. (By the way, eat a double microwave bun). I asked the woman at the counter, since when did you microwave the buns. She stated they don’t. So the man calls my name and gives me a melted shake. (Apparently, they are doing whip it’s because the last 3 times the whip cream is waterery). So, He walked away. I ask the girl at the counter for the manager. Here comes the man that handed me the watery melted milkshake, I asked about the bun because I would have ordered something else. Who wants microwaved bread? He became loud and verbally abusive in front of all these kids and parents. I felt BULLIED, and I was paying Arby’s for our dinner. I have pictures of the bun and the shake. More training is an absolute necessity. School has a no Bulling Policy. Why should they go where bullying is accepted. I’m so disappointed. There is too much competition in this area. FYI, I was at the store when I ordered online. I am reviewing for 8/12/2023 Lunch

We live close to Arby’s and it’s quite convenient so usually my husband’s and my choice for our takeout meal of the week. For the last month we have been trying to try the ribeye sandwich and every visit they have been out. Tonite we finally got to try it. Don’t waste your money. It was about 90% grizzly inedible fat. Also the gal who waited on my husband got the order wrong twice and then we didn’t get the large fries we paid for. Very disappointed and won’t ever go back. For the money we spent we could have gone to a really nice restaurant for a real steak dinner.

Usually great food, however this night lacked so much. No choice is sauces, tough jalapeno poppers, sour tea. I know this place is capable of doing better!

Pretty much what you would expect at Arby’s, good food and good service.

tonight I bought 2 reuben sandwiches. Last week I bought 1 for my wife and it was exceptionally good. The ones that I bought tonight, were very disappointing. Firstly, the bread wasn’t the type of bread that you make reubens with, the marbled bread, and this bread was actually kind of stale. Secondly, the portion was of meat and kraut was substantially small and they put way too much sauce on. I would have just said that is the way they are made except just the other day I bought onr that was really good. Tonight I spent 15 bucks and got very disappointed
