We received a banana split with no banana. We were not told they were out or anything. They simple drowned the whole thing in whipped cream so we couldn’t tell until we left. The two mini blizzards we ordered were melted and soupy. I do not recommend ordering from here.

Staff use to be friendly & welcoming. First time I’ve been there since the new owners. I was given a total, I paid in cash with exact change. I was thrown a wad of ones & change that spilled all over the ground in the drive thru. They did not off to pick up the change or replace it. I asked why am even getting change back. & they gave me a completely different total than previously. No apology or explanation was given. The ice cream was also completely melted.. Do better Dairy Queen.

I never had trouble ordering at this dairy queen until these new people took over. I order one specific blizzard all the time. Now they have a strawberry dipped chocolate cheesecake but I just wanted the strawberry dipped choc but I always get the cheesecake even though I have to say not the cheesecake one and I still receive the cheesecake one. Im about to start going to the other one in town.

Never been to Dairy Queen this small, it looks more like a booth than an actual building.. I was, at first, confused about if they were open since it was my first time visiting. I ended up getting a snickers blizzard though, and it was delicious.

Food and ice-cream is basic. My only issue is the unfriendly owner operators. I furthermore do not feel valued when all you hear after every item I order “What Eles” I Would feel more appreciated if they would ask something like “what else can get ready for you” or ” does that complete your order”

I called ahead to order a Valentines cake and the guy told me I could pick up on my lunch break from noon to one. When I got there at 12:30 they shrugged their shoulders and told me they didn’t have any and to come back at 3. I can’t do that and specifically taken my lunch at the time I was told would work. The best excuse I got out of him is that they’re very busy while the place was clearly empty on a winter day. Not a way to run a business and I will never be back to this location

So I’m standing here and I’m not mad about the messed up mobile order. But the older lady working should work on her customer service or don’t have this job. I literally said I was her for a pick up meaning mobile order. She was confused and thought I was here for a cake order and when she asked what I ordered after proving it was indeed at this location… she replied with “k” the younger lady with dark hair and glasses was very nice. But the other one was very short with me and rude. Also I order this from here all the time via door dash.. so I’ll think again next time. I can’t imagine she’s nice to her co workers
