I have been eating Subway for many years and loving them. However the quality and service deteriorated at my favorite subway so I stopped eating there. I would occasionally get a subway in Santa Fe. Up until lately it was OK. The past 5 sandwiches have been made to my liking but the bread is flavorless, tough and awful. I have tried different breads, same thing. The good fresh soft bread is half the experience. I don’t know if it’s the person making the bread or the recipe has changed, whatever it is please fix it.
I desire a Subway made with fresh homemade smelling good bread.

After writing this I went through the reviews and people have bugs in their food. The sandwich maker, Sandy refused to give me more than 6 olives. I told her no one has ever told me I can’t have extra olives all the years I’ve ordered my sandwich this exact way, no lettuce, no other veggies, just pickles, banana peppers and extra olives. We call it the Juli in my family. This upset Sandy that I like my sandwich this way. When I asked for oil and vinegar she purposely over poured the vinegar. My sandwich wasn’t edible when I got home and I had to throw it out. Worst experience I’ve ever had at subway. I was going to this location 3 to 4 times a week for my autistic daughter who enjoys the same food the same way for months at a time. We will be driving away if we see Sandy working. Too many people need a job to act this way and have zero customer service. She was to busy speaking with her coworker and didn’t even greet us then ruined my lunch. I would avoid this subway during the day. The boys in the evening time do a great job. I’d just like to know how many pieces of lettuce my daughter is allowed when Sandy is working? I did mention I didn’t mind paying for my extra olives. I just wanted a few more.

absolutely disgusting customer service and portion sizes. The lady gave me attitude when i asked for extra pickles because she only put 3 on my sandwhich. As well as a $7 sandwhich having hardly anything on it. I will never be back and I suggest the same for anyone reading this review.

Absolutely disgusting rude customer service and the sandwich was a very expensive bread sandwich. The manager came out and snickered when I asked why they didn’t put any toppings on my sandwich. The other female laughed and said all I did is put the meat and the guy who made the sandwich had attitude evan though I tipped him. I showed them the horrible sandwich and said it has no toppings like the photos they have posted up on the wall. The ladies laughed and one said we’ll its not supposed to look like the photos they advertise. And she said this is how the manager wants it and that’s the way it is. Im trying to figure out how to post the photo. So I will not waste anymore hard earned money on bad energy that translates into the food at this place. This subway use to be excellent. Sadly this is the worst subway I have ever been too unless they change management and value people over skimping. I was wondering why the lady manager was standing there with attitude while the guy made the sandwich. I realized why when I got my sandwich.

Multiple times that I have been to the Santa Fe subway they say they are on an olive shortage. They say only 8 can go on a foot long. You cannot pay for extra or ask for more they say. When I spoke with a couple other subway locations there is no olive shortage. Go to the one in Dickinson and they will load you up. I don’t know if Santa Fe is being stingey or what because it doesn’t come out of their pockets.

2nd time this month I had an issue and it’s with the same workers.
17th I put an order in on the app when I got there the worker was outside talking to friends in a truck. Once I stood there for almost 5 mins he came in and told me I put the order in at the wrong location and of course. I did not. Had everything on the app. They couldn’t find my order there because it had fallen to the floor.
Today I went to curbside pick up and nobody answered the phone when I got there (1 customer and 2 workers inside) so I walk in to pick up my curbside order. Once I got home to start eating I realized my bread was not toasted, no cheese, and no sauces either but mayo. That’s all. I have called up there 3 times and it gets disconnected because they do not know how to pick up a phone.

We love to stop by for dinner sometimes, since its so close to home. They are out of stock of items we came for and the spinach is wilted most of the time. We would appreciate if that could improve. But overall its clean, fast and they are all super friendly.

Staff is always nice. Out 2 sandwiches this time were cold & couldn’t eat the bread, it was hard. Cheese wasn’t melted & meat wasn’t hot & bread wasn’t toasted or steamed. Very displeased

I was highly disappointed with the service here. I ordered a foot long sandwich and when I asked for extra black olives she said no they are only allowed to put 6 olives on the sandwich. I don’t even get all the veggies they have to offer so I’m not sure how extra black olives would matter. I proceeded to tell her I would pay for the extra black olives (I’m pregnant and crave them badly) the two ladies there were extremely rude and wouldn’t even let me pay for extra olives. They were so rude that I ended up walking out and not even buying the sandwich and the whole time I’m walking out of the store both of the ladies are yelling “BYE!” Multiple times. Needless to say I will not be going back to this subway EVER.
