We stopped by for the potato salad. We ordered a half tub container. In my opinion, they have the best potato salad around in regards to fast foods or market potato salad. The chicken is really good too .The service is courteous and friendly. There’s inside dining and outside dining. Plenty of parking with the handicap stall is close to the front entrance.

Wonderful location, highly recommend. Staff here are very nice, process your order quickly and accurately. Food is precisely as you would expect, very pleased with everything. Not a whole lot of seating inside, so will want to get food to go. Parking can be a slight issue. Parking, entrance, counter, and seating are accessible. Will return in the future.

Think of it as a way better El Pollo Loco. You can find Juan Pollos all over the Inland Empire too.
Really great chicken. I get the Big Bowl and the Soft Taco platter mostly as it’s always tasty. It is a lot of food so its gonna fill you up.
Potato salad is really good. Beans are ok. Rice is good.
Hot sause it kind of rustic, so big chunks. I like the hot,but it really isnt that hot.

There’s a Pollo Loco closer to my work than Juan Pollo, but it’s definitely worth the extra mile or two for Juan Pollo, for the following reasons (based on my comparison of a leg & thigh meal):
Freshness: Juan Pollo’s chicken is hotter, more tender, juicy, and flavorful.
You get more: not only is the taste better, but the chicken is noticeably larger and instead of only 2 smaller (corn) tortillas at Pollo Loco, you get 3 larger tortillas at Juan Pollo.
For almost $2 less than Pollo Loco, Juan Pollo’s meal doesn’t include a drink.

I got the burrito, comes with chicken, rice, beans, and cheese, and the half chicken meal with rice and beans. The burrito is very big. The taste was good, but the beans taste is very prominent in the burrito more so than anything else. The chicken is very good! Cooked just right. The rice was good tasting as well, like a good Spanish rice flavor.

Always good service. Delicious chicken. Staff is very friendly. Honestly this place is better than El Pollo Loco, the chicken has better taste. And the sides are great. They have good deals on lunch specials. Give it a try.

The day we went, it just happened to be one of the hottest days we had before summer. Did i want to cook and make my house an inferno? No thank you. I wanted something filling, good, that the whole family would eat and no one would complain. We got the 2 chicken deal, leftovers..why not? Just means I won’t have to worry about anyone being hungry.. it’s savory, filling and the price isn’t bad at all, you can feed you’re family and have leftovers. .plus staff is always so friendly . I’m disabled and have trouble with my balance and walking, the girls are always so nice and come around the counter to hand me my bags, and they always make sure I’m able to exit the restaurant..

Very disappointed with their chicken salad, the lettuce yellow and some parts brown it was old. The chicken was old too. It was my first time trying their salads too.I unfortunately went back recently 4/24/2023 and bought a chicken and it was still red there goes my dinner.

The team is really nice here. My mom comes in here from time to time and they’re really sweet and patient to her. She’ll ask when the fresh chickens are coming out and will willingly wait. She’d like to pick the chickens out herself if she could and the pieces. She’ll ask for that senior discount too without question, but they’re really nice.
One day she had a price mixup on a promo price she saw. She was ready to try the ontario store to see if the price was different and called the ontario store from inside this store. They explained to her all promos are streamlined so no store offers different prices.
So unfortunately for her the price got raised from the last time she saw it. They could no longer honor the price, but they showed her some extra love on the order which made her really happy plus gave her the freshest pieces. Good service here, especially to our elders.
