Customer service was ok. The food awful! French toast sticks were floppy & not fully cooked. My breakfast burrito seemed old and made well in advance and warmed back up in the wrapper because how the wrapper was really stuck to the tortilla. Highly recommend to go elsewhere

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received. The African American female employee with glasses working at the window displayed a clear lack of concern for customer satisfaction, prioritizing time management over genuine service. She was quick to drop customers’ hard-earned money out the window without any consideration for those who may be handicapped. I strongly recommend that she undergo retraining or be required to personally retrieve any items she drops.
Moreover, the cook’s careless preparation of my meal was equally disappointing, as they seemed to have used an excessive amount of mayonnaise, practically the whole jar, on my burger. This level of disregard for quality and customer experience is unacceptable.

The whopper was very good, however the Big Fish was extremely overcooked and the bun was rock hard. My wife had to throw it away.

Ordered 2 hamburgers, French fries and a drink using the kiosk. After several minutes, I asked about my order. Since they couldn’t find it, they started to prepare my order. After a minute or two, an employee found my order by the French fry area. The food was good, but the hamburgers would have been better if the hadn’t cooled down.

I’m traveling from Atlanta to North Carolina so I decided to stop here for breakfast. It’s 7:53 the doors say they open at 7 but it’s locked. Finally around 8:58 a lady comes and unlocks the door. So me and 2 other men that were waiting come inside the restaurant to the register to order. 2 people working nobody says good morning how yall doing…nobody says hey give us a minute and we’ll be with you they just stand there and say nothing nor take anyone’s order. The white lady with short blonde hair in the back was literally standing there doing nothing. At least communicate let us know what going on. This store has horrible customer service.

Keep driving and go somewhere else- just bad customer service & got my drive thru order wrong. When we got the right food, ended up throwing it out. Food was bad. stale and cold. My daughters nuggets were gummy tasting. Not all fast food places are this bad.

Had a whopper meal with no mayo and my sandwich had mayo and onion rings? All employees jumped on phone in between orders which shouldn’t be allowed (1:45 pm today Saturday). See cameras. Staff needs to pay attention. Could not run back by to correct order and probably won’t be back
