I ordered online. Got here and they didn’t start making my order until after it was supposed to be ready. Made every walk in before mine. I ordered 4 subs. They made 2 and then once those were done started cooking the other 2. Finally got my subs 20 minutes after they were to be done. No apology at all. I expect better when I’m paying $70 for subs.

Just ordered catering here and picked it up. I asked for extra oil and vinegar on the side, and was told “thats how much we give out. Sorry”. Really? On a $115 order? Okay. Food is always good here. Service is going down hill. ***update*** the owner just took the time to give me a call to discuss my experience. Awesome conversation and i can tell how proud he is to be a part of our community. As i said in my original review – the food is always good here. And after the conversation with the owner, i believe is committed to making the service the same. I will definitely be back!!

Highly Disappointed.
The Philly Cheesesteak sandwich was dry & included very little meat.
We also ordered an Original Italian Sub & per usual, the oil & vinegar on the side was missing from the bag.

This location is great and the people are awesome but jerseys mikes sold out. The portions are ridiculous for the same price. Private equity has yet again ruined a once great place.

My boyfriend and I went in today to get 2 subs for a NASCAR race. Unfortunately I cannot remember the guy who helped us but he was super nice and made our sandwiches perfect. When we were there we thought he was writing the number of the sub we got on our subs. When we got home we found out that he wrote “his” and “hers” on our subs instead. We both thought it was super sweet and wanted to thank him!

Placed an online order for curbside delivery. I arrived at the store about 15 minutes later than the order was scheduled to be ready for pickup.
I use the app to let the team know that I was outside ready for curbside delivery.
After sitting in my car for 10-12 minutes without anyone coming out of the store I decided to enter.
There was a person at the register, a person making sandwiches and two people in the back standing there speaking to each other.
When I gave the information about the order I was there to pick up to the young lady behind the register she reached up onto a shelf and handed me the order.
It was obviously ready for a long period of time and was just sitting on the shelf with no one paying attention to the fact that I was outside waiting for the curbside delivery.
Don’t know if this is a failure on the technology side or on the staff just not being attentive.
