Employees were nice. Got my drink immediately, Mac & cheese was going to take 5 minutes. I personally don’t like the food and it’s to expensive. A drink & very very small Mac & cheese was over $8. I wasn’t happy but it was late, I was waiting for a bus and there weren’t many options of places to sit down.

Drive through cashier was not polite and rushed me to order. I get up to the drive through window and two of the workers have long hair down their back with one scratching her head and serving food at the same time. She did not wash her hands. They did not have on hair nets, nor did they have on gloves. They served me a half empty side of Mac & Cheese and told me that’s all they are allowed to put in it. Observe the photo below. And my BBQ wings were half done and mushy. This is NOT a safe place to Purchase food.

Stopped by for a quick bite and honestly, it hit the spot. The fries were fresh out of the fryer (major win), and the burger had that perfect messy, cheesy vibe you crave when you’re starving. Service was fast, and the staff didn’t seem annoyed even though the line was long.For fast food, I’d definitely go back.

I had a great experience at Popeyes in Folcroft! The food was hot, fresh, and full of flavor. The chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy inside, and the Cajun fries were seasoned just right. My order was prepared quickly and everything was exactly as I requested. The staff was polite and helpful, which made the visit even better. Definitely one of the best Popeyes locations I’ve been to—I’ll be coming back for sure!

Hi I went in and they were so nice and respectful and they were pained with me, and I can be a very difficult customer.
