The lamb burger was delightful and juicy.
The pecan pancakes were also awesome. The veggies were seasoned to perfection.
Our waiter was professional and responsive.
Love the dual entrance.
You must try the cranberry hot toddy.

Was staying at the hotel next door and loved the classic french menu so went for happy hour and dinner. Steak, jus and veg was delicious and perfect cooked. Cocktails are strong and excellent quality. Two lovely rooms to dine in. Staff were kind and efficient. Very good value for NYC.

Very quaint little restaurant. Atmosphere is superb, the bartender, David is very knowledgeable about his drinks and have recommendation for what to try on the menu. I had the beef as entrée and the vegan dessert…simply delicious. The entire team there is like family as you see how they interact with each other. Will definitely be there Sunday for the Jazz & Brunch from 12-4pm..make your reservations early!!

This place is at the corner of Washington Square. I would imagine that’s are pretty coveted spot. We ate in the lounge area which is large enough to be considered a dining room. We had the orange wine from Peru. The menu has something for everyone. The service is very personal. A new favorite for our NYC visits.

5/20/23 first time here.
We were on our way to dinner and needed a good Happy Hour break.
HH is 7 days 4-7pm back in the bar area.
Cool dark quiet spot.
Limited HH menu but it’s great for the prices! (Pic)
Bartender is friendly and makes a great Marg!

We stayed at the hotel four nights and we had the happy hour drinks and dinner one evening. The next day we had the brunch. We were delighted to have dinner there and regret that we only did it once. My daughter had the steak, I had the duck breast and my husband the salmon. Everything was perfectly cooked and delicious. We ended our meal with a pear almond tart. We will come back even if not staying at the hotel. Hotel guests get a discount. The service is also very good.

North Square offers an intimate jazz band setting with a fabulous brunch on Sundays. For $25 per person you get a perfectly portioned brunch, a cocktail, coffee plus over an hour of outstanding live jazz! With only 12 tables and some bar seating, there is not a bad seat in the place. A true New York gem just steps away from Washington Square Park. Bring some cash to tip the band!

I love this place. The food is as good as it has ever been. We had wonderful cocktails and my company ordered rack of lamb, duck breast and a burger with huge, yummy onion rings. Everything was perfectly cooked and plentiful. It’s a great neighborhood hang out and the staff goes out of their way to make your evening special. 5 stars for food, vibe and service.

To be fair – I was staying in the hotel. I worked late and it was the easiest choice. Even though I was there past closing, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The food was amazing. Far better than expected. I had the pumpkin seed crusted cod because it sounded crazy, but why not? I also had a kale salad. Everything was bursting with flavor and perfectly prepared. I sat at the bar. My server was attentive without being annoying or overbearing. I’ll be back.
