You gonna order the king crab. It’s so good. Don’t be discouraged by the price. We got $75 / lbs and we ordered a 5 pound one for 4 persons. Just look at it. Fish, oyster, are fantastic too! For folks who said the meet is bland, I think it’s just that this is how steamed seafood should be. And yes, you can definitely get some special soy sauce and whatever they prepared to further boost the flavor. Definitely recommend it!

A correct place for seafood lovers, one could not miss it if you are keen on seafood. Things are much like those from the southeastern area of mainland China. There would be porridge or soup at the base to take the mixture of smell from boiled seafood. The seafood is at the top to do some boils. We chose long clams, the oysters with the vermicelli at the base. There are huge size geoducks which can do both the sashimi in pieces and the root to be in the soup or porridge. Crabs and fishes are also welcoming but the spices are decided by season. There are too many M.P. items to confirm the price before ordering. The dishes are great and healthy but might be somewhat costly.

Have been to this place the second time. If you love fresh ingredients, seafood, or some meat, this is the place to go; especially seafood. They don’t marinate the fresh ingredients but do offer some sauce (you can make your own). The price is though not so friendly; it can easily go up to $100+ per person, or more if you crave for King Crab (8-10 lb for $500-$700).

Thanks to a friend’s recommendation, I recently discovered Fresh Elements in Daly City, my new favorite restaurant. This unique restaurant focuses on steamed seafood, offering a healthy and flavorful dining experience.
We started with a selection of their cold dishes, which were a refreshing prelude to the main course. Following our server’s expert recommendations, we opted for a variety of steamed seafood options, including clams, fish, shrimp, crab, lobster and vegetable. We chose a mid-price option for their crab selection.
The clear winner of the night was the Australian lobster sashimi. It was incredibly fresh and melt-in-your-mouth tender.
The real star of the show at Fresh Elements is their incredible porridge. As you steam your seafood, the flavors delicately infuse the porridge below, creating a soul-warming and utterly delicious finale to the meal.
Fresh Elements is located in a strip mall next to Ranch 99 in Daly City.
If you plan to visit Fresh Element, I suggest going with a group to fully explore the diverse range of dishes available. Additionally, I recommend seeking the server’s opinion on the freshest dish of the day. However, please note that prices may vary, so it’s wise to inquire about the specific price beforehand to avoid any surprises at the end.
Bon appétit!

It’s not worth it, the foods are expensive and very normal, they also charged $118 corkage fees for 4 bottles of red wines, for the price they posted $568, we ended up paid around $940! What a scam! I’ll tell all my friends don’t ever go to this tiny place end up paying more than a Michelin stars restaurant.

Porridge almost no taste no chaoshan porridge, steam hot pot are everywhere almost same taste, price is definitely not cheap considering all seafood. Overall I don’t think the taste worth the price. Better off with a seafood restaurant

Had dinner here over Valentine’s Day weekend and unfortunately, my entire group ended up with severe food poisoning. It really ruined our holiday plans. Wouldn’t recommend the specials right now.

Fresh lobster and oysters! The porridge is full of the sweetness of sea food and veggies! The only problem might be the stomach volume…
Love the chili oil!
