Tried to Uber eats a sandwich and Jimmy John’s calls me 15 minutes later to tell me that they ran out of bread and asked me would I like a lettuce wrap. You’re a sub place how do you run out of bread? I appreciate the call asking if I want to cancel but now I have to figure out how to cancel the uber eats delivery so i am not charged for nothing.

I work a few miles from this location and with my job I eat lunch when I can and I never have a whole lot of time. I honestly order from here like once a week and I have NEVER had any issues. My order is always correct, its always delicious, and it is always delivered within like 15 min. I don’t have a single bad thing to say about this place and will gladly continue to order through them on a regular basis.

They forget to add ordered & paid for items in drive through bag, had to go back inside to get it (to avoid the long drive through line). What an inconvenience!
They also tell you you can claim your rewards after the purchase if you don’t provide your rewards account information up front. But in actuality, you cannot redeem the purchase to your rewards account. Another inconvenience, but now I know to always provide account information up front to get the points. Will not be going to this location again.

I ordered the #4 with other items along with a pickle cut in half. When I first ordered my food, I was the only one in line for a while just waiting until someone else finally pulled up. Then there were 2 waiting. When the young lady finally came to the window she told me the total of $38.30 I handed her a $100 she took it and then looked at it handed it back and said she couldn’t take it I then begin looking to see if I had another form of payment and as I’m doing so my son asked me why she has an attitude I told him I don’t know son and when I found my card I handed it to her while asking her why she couldn’t accept it she told me she didn’t have change and I said ok. She handed me my food and we were out. I stay literally 0.2 mi (2mins) away from jimmy johns. Right when we got home, I washed my hands and went to go and enjoy my food. Immediately opening my pickle, I was upset due to my pickle wasn’t cut the way I paid for in fact it looks like it was cut just how the young lady attitude was…. without care. So, I was pissed then to open my sandwich and seen it was made without care as well. I went to go back for a refund the same young lady told me it wasn’t anything wrong with the food, so she wasn’t giving me my money back. I informed her my bread was dug out and she stated that’s how it was made, and I said that’s fine, but it was too much missing I order that combo all the time and I am dissatisfied with my sandwich right now. I couldn’t even get to telling her about the pickle. Also, I just left not even a whole 10 mins ago. What blows my mind away is that she didn’t even look at the sandwich to see how bad it looks nor the pickle but no worries I took a lot of pictures and recorded the whole conversation well not me, but my son did which is crazy because I didn’t know. He said mom the first we came she already had an attitude, so I just did. When I first moved to this area, I ordered jimmy johns EVERYDAY seriously sometimes twice a day and one of the main reasons why I stop was the service and now the employees cannot cut a pickle or dig bread properly nor make a simple sandwich with 4 ingredients and won’t give you your money back if you don’t want to eat a lousy sandwich they made. NEVER WILL I RECOMMEND OR WILL GIVE MY MONEY TO JIMMY JOHNS IM SOOO DISPPOINTED

I’m giving this Jimmy Johns a low rating for several reasons. I would like to start by saying over the past couple years the customer service at this location has gone DOWN. Before my visit today, I ate inside and the lady at the Register was rude and definitely had a nasty attitude. However the food was great. Today I went there for lunch and the lobby was locked . I then went through the drive thru, while I was ordering I heard multiple voices on the speaker, which is a distraction for both the customer and employee, not to mention it’s just rude. Anyway, I drove home and opened my sandwich the bottom piece of the bread is extremely hard . I’ll tell you what, this place is being ran by a bunch of people who can care less about Service or quality. Bring back Jimmy John’s when it was actually worth it and when customers enjoyed the service and food. See the picture, the bread is so hard it’s starting to crumble.

We went in to get a sub, but to our surprise the subs were tiny and we had to pay $1.25 for cheese!! C’mon Jimmy-we can go to subway, jersey mikes, dailys or Publix to get cheese on our sub…all in all, I would go to another sub place to get everything you want, but that’s my opinion.

Absolutely horrible service and food!! All three employees in the building at 1pm. today (female in drive thru and two males making food) had the absolute worst attitudes and have zero concept of customer service. I only eat Jimmy John’s because of the unwich but since they are now handing out the ingredients in a wrapper that have to be eaten as a salad, I won’t be back. Not to mention I got no cheese when I ordered extra and most of the lettuce was brown. I ended up eating chips and a coke for lunch. Every single one of those employees should be fired.
