I absolutely love this place! Their juices, smoothies, toasties chia bowls, and wellness shots are always super fresh and delicious. You can tell they put real care into every single item. The owners are some of the sweetest people ever, and the vibe inside is always fun, friendly, and welcoming. It’s one of my go-to spots here in Clovis and they never miss.

Friendly service with a smile!
The Sapphire, Paradise, and Cheetah bowl were delicious, flavorful, filling, and beautiful! Mango lemonade popsicle and the bowls were perfect for the hot summer day. I think there may have been some pineapple juice in the mango popsicle. I should’ve asked before ordering my daughter has an allergy. ♀️
The Spicy Turkey Toasty was also packed with a lot of flavor. All food ingredients tasted and looked fresh!
Definitely will have to look out for y’all when you’re in Clovis!

FINALLY we have what I’ve been craving here in town.
I had the golden bowl, Apple Pie toastie, and Orange Kiss juice. YUM
The fruit was fresh, the ability to add fruit is great, the service was pretty fast considering it’s hand-assembled and they brought it out to my car in the 30 degree weather. Oh and the toast was OUT OF THIS WORLD. I already can’t wait to come back. Please please please stay

Root & Rind has been my favorite food truck!I love getting their Small Blue bowl and the PB& Jam Chia bowl. As a military family that’s from southern California (San Diego), their food truck reminds me of home ❤️ They always use fresh fruits. I’m very sad we are moving out of New Mexico soon, I wish we could take you guys with us!

Root & Rind is a true gem of Clovis! The owners make you feel so welcome and are happy to see you every time you walk up to their food truck. The food is ALWAYS outrageously good. Healthy and good for you, their menu is so unique and always changing. The juices are so delicious…I definitely recommend trying at least 1 juice when you visit. They are also very active on social media and always have great deals and promos going on!

We love root and rind ! It’s so nice to have such a nice family serve one of our favorite foods ! After coming here from Florida with an acai place we loved we were afraid we wouldn’t be able to find that here. Being able to enjoy tasty foods and find a food truck we LOVE has been such a nice find ! They offer amazing fresh fruits and their food is always fresh ! We love having a little taste of home here in New Mexico ❤️❤️

This is my favorite place to eat a healthy meal or snack definitely one of the few options I have to enjoy a sweet snack for my son since he is gluten free, the fresh juices are so yummy. This whole business just adds so much light and delicious flavor to my family and I life! It’s a must try!
