Best BBQ we’ve had in years. We had ribs, turkey, chopped beef, potato salad and beans. The potato salad was the best since my husband made it. It may not look like much but the food is astronomical. I hope they make it so they keep cooking.

We were passing thru from Wyoming and searched internet for a place to eat. Were expecting to only find breakfast due to being before 11. Kilgore Smokhouse was 1st to pop up.
We figured that any BBQ place that opened before 11 had to be good.
It was. My wife chose the turkey, I the chopped brisket. Had to be the best brisket I have eaten from Mississippi to Wyoming. And the beans, different from any baked beans I have ever eaten. They had a smokey taste, in a thin sauce base. The best.
The friendliness of the wife and husband was unbeatable.
You cant go wrong making a small detour off I20 to vist and dine with these fine friendly folks
