I try to find something good about every place I go. I don’t just hand out bad reviews. Especially not to Church’s Chicken. I love Church’s. I grew up on it. But tonight I was done wrong. I ordered a 12 piece dark and only received nine pieces of chicken. It was 8:00 so it wasn’t like they were closing. There was plenty enough chicken for me to receive all my pieces. 8 could see them through the drive-thru window. And the young man at the window ask me if I wanted any hot sauce or ketchup. I told him I only wanted hot sauce. The bottom of my bag was filled with ketchup. I’ll drive down Dorchester road to get chicken from that churches or the one on Rivers avenue before I come back to the one in Goose Creek.

It was my 1st experience going inside to order. I gave my order to one employee but he ask another to help me. I repeated the order $21.99 10-piece family meal with 2 sides,and 5 biscuits: (mashed potatoes, French fries)my 2 sides, and 2 jalapeños. When I got home no fries. I just ate what I had. The food was delicious. I will return another day but I will make sure I check my order.

It’s been 30+ and we are still sitting here waiting. There’s no other customers and the staff is being rude about it (We went in after half an hour to ask about how much longer). Would give 0 stars if I could.

I got home and my family size Cole slaw was only half full and the cabbage was not chopped very fine and it doesn’t appear to have much mayo either. Very disappointed.

The food was excellent. It was fresh and hot. The young lady at the register was very nice, polite and funny. We had a large family to feed and came in at the last minute and they went above and beyond to make sure we got everything that we needed. And served it with a smile. We are here on vacation and churches chicken made it just a little bit better. Thanks to all the employees that worked on this day at this location. Great job!!!

From doordash to walk ins, just avoid this one. I was kept waiting for over 30 mins just for Mac and cheese. Staff don’t seem to know the first thing about customer service and just seem dim. Plenty of better places for chicken

Was fortunate to see this place while visiting South Carolina for work. I’m accustomed to Church’s being from New Orleans, but I live in Kentucky now and they’re not around. Always great food and great prices.

This place has a lady that refuses to use the drive thru and when u pull up to the window she says go inside. Never going again looks like this one won’t last much longer.
