Wonderful pizza and service. My team loved the pizza and the generous toppings. Everyone was pleasant and delightful! This is our new goto. They even found my Ranch for delivery. I will be singing their praises to all. My salad was so huge and pretty, I have to share. This must be one of the best pizza places in Texas and perhaps the US!

Dear Bertalotto’s owners,
I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding an interaction I had with one of your employees during my most recent order.
I ordered an Italian sausage pizza, which arrived with peppers on it. I am allergic to peppers, so this was a serious concern for me. When my husband called the shop on my behalf to address the issue, an employee—described as a caucasian bald male possibly under the name Robert as the receipt is stated—began yelling loudly through my husband’s phone. He repeatedly stated that the error was my fault and did not allow either of us the opportunity to calmly explain the situation.
Throughout the call, the employee spoke over us, raised his voice, and demonstrated an unwillingness to listen or offer any form of assistance or resolution. His tone and behavior were unnecessarily aggressive and unprofessional, especially given that we were attempting to explain a food allergy concern.
This experience was extremely upsetting and disappointing. We have been loyal customers and have never had an inappropriate or negative encounter during any of our previous visits, which is why this incident was particularly surprising.
I hope this matter can be addressed, as customer service—especially when related to food allergies—should be handled with care, professionalism, and respect. I wanted to bring this to your attention so that it may be reviewed and prevented from happening again in the future.

I am in town for work and looked for a pizza place after a jog in the park. The reviews for this place were stellar so I gave them a call.
The reviews are well deserved OUTSTANDING pizza.

Seriously the best pizza I have had since I went to downtown Chicago a few years ago and had Giordano’s. Totally different types of pizza but it seriously is on that other level.
It is expensive for a single large Ultimate. But you get a good value, it is LOADED and doesn’t get mushy like other inferior places. Seriously 1 piece is as much food as 2 from other places.

The pizza was amazing!!!! Definitely up there with Chicago or NY pizzeria. They were having some work done but went out of their way to bring my family some tables and seats to accommodate, and we dined in! One slice was enough ….the second slice was just pure gluttony lol. Great service Great staff and beyond delicious pizza! Thank you!

Absolutely amazing pizza and service, ordered the wrong pizza with a description that contradicted what I ordered and he immediately reached out to confirm the correct order. He was super friendly and honestly makes me want to go back and visit again after having that good of an experience!
Also he says if you order through them for pick up instead of DoorDash, GrubHub ect.. that it will be cheaper since they have to pay the service fee’s for those services and raise the prices on those apps.

Driving though Sealy we decide to stop for a bite before heading onward, Boy am I glad we stopped here!!! This is an amazing pizza place! If you love pizza you cant go wrong with this hidden gem!! The prices we’re very reasonable and the pizza was so yummy!! We ordered a large ultimate and we’re pleasantly surprised by the portion size we even had leftovers for the road!! The staff was the cherry on top, we metioned it being our first time and were given a free magnet and coffee mug just for showing up. The guy and the counter was polite and very easy going. 10 outta 10 would recommend if your ever around the Sealy area!!!

The taste is awesome, just what you need from a classic great pizza without anything else. Definitely worth it and I would highly recommend this and come back here again. I can see why it’s the best in town

Great, seriously Great take out pizza. We travel the country and this is the best of the best. We ordered the Ultimate. The weight of the pizza was the first hint of what they made. The combination of ingredients was incredible. The pizza is more than a half inch!
