I think I know why they are closing a lot of stores. We wanted to try the pan pizza before they take it off the menu it’s been a few years since we ordered from here because it’s just not convenient to us and my favorite thing about papa John’s has always been the great garlic sauce well there is nothing garlic about it anymore just tasted like bland butter , we got the pizza fresh out of the oven and we only live 5 miles away but it wasn’t very hot by the time we got home and it was very subpar, probably won’t be ordering from papa John’s anymore. When you change things it changes the brand that people loved about it, and that garlic sauce WAS the bomb, but not anymore.☹️

They now have a 50% off special, I would not order from here if it was 100% off. Complete garbage, unfit for human consumption. Literally go anywhere else.******
******Utter and complete garbage. Waste of money and calories. Dry with little to no cheese or sauce. Essentially dough with some meager toppings. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. GO TO FOOD LION BUY ANY FROZEN PIZZA, YOU WILL SAVE MONEY AND GET A BETTER PIZZA. DO NOT BELIEVE THE TV COMMERCIALS!!!
Not sure if I’m more mad at myself or the crap that is Papa Johns, because I should know better. Maybe the raccoons will have a better dinner because the majority of our two pizza order ended in the dumpster. COMPLETE TRASH!

Terrible. I ordered pizza at 5 pm to be ready at 7:30pm. Obviously they cooked it at 5pm and let it sit there til 7:30. The store was so crazy that we stood there and looked at our pizza for 20 min before anyone “had time” to hand it to us. Pizza is dry…just gross. Not Papa John’s quality at all.

I ordered thru Uber Eats. Not driver fault. The pizzas were cold n like cardboard. Where was the cheese for one thing?! I put olive oil on b4 I reheated for 30 secs in microwave. Never again.

Ordered a pizza for delivery. Was told 35-45 min timeline. After 1 hr called. Store closed. Checked credit card, was charged and then credited back. Pizza never delivered, and no message about why. Store just cancelled.
