This place is yummy! I ordered a Red Barn energy drink with white chocolate, and the Rise & Shine bagel. I went through the drive-thru and had great, friendly service! The drive-thru isn’t super quick, so I’d allow some extra time to stop there, but everything was great!

Would absolutely recommend this place for a quick bite – or in my experience – “catering” for a larger group!! They are so accommodating and lovely to work with. I reached out to Geneseo Baking Co to see if I could place an order for baked goods for a birthday tea party i was hosting at the Central Schoolhouse Inn (also in Geneseo!) I wasn’t sure what pastries i wanted – but I told the lead baker (Kelsey) how much i wanted to spend and how many people would be attending – and she put together a full menu for me with pricing! Oh and did i mention this was all less than 24 hours before the event? They had amazing customer service, and even delivered and plated the pastries to look nice, since I wasn’t able to! Love love love and absolutely will be calling Geneseo Baking Co for any events in the future!

Oh my! Can you say “delicious?” Had the chocolate croissant today along with an iced mocha latte. Yum! Have had their breakfast burrito, Oinksalot sandwich and chocolate chip cookies, all delicious. Super friend staff that makes you feel good you’re there, too!

Stopped by recently and was honestly disappointed by the lack of basic customer service. No greeting, no smile, no acknowledgment when I walked in. First impressions are important, and if staff act like customers are an inconvenience, it really discourages people from wanting to return.
I even tried to start conversation and ask about a product, partly out of curiosity and partly to break the ice—but instead of showing enthusiasm or giving feedback that might persuade me to try it, I got a flat, uninterested response. That kind of interaction doesn’t inspire confidence in the product or the business.
A warm welcome, a friendly recommendation, or even just a little enthusiasm can completely change the experience and make customers want to come back. I hope you guys take this into consideration moving forwad.

I bought 6 cupcakes for my granddaughters birthday skating party. They were horrible. The frosting was so hard like they were a week old. Dry as a bone. Ill make the time to make them myself next time.

We recently dined here for the first time. While the food and drinks were good, we were surprised to find an extra charge on our card for something we didn’t order. After calling the restaurant, we discovered we had been charged a tip that we did not authorize. We recommend that everyone double-check their receipts and statements when visiting this place.While they did refund the charge after we called. It’s concerning that tips appear to be added without customer consent.

Great local spot for coffee, sweet treats and food. Stopped here on a cross country drive only to have our car break down in the parking lot. I’ve never experienced so much kindness and generosity from a community. The staff were helpful in recommending repair shops and allowing us to hang while we waited for a tow truck. And the customers who stopped to help or offer assistance were just amazing. Such a great community spot!!
