Bought the 2 pizzas using a bogo coupon since it’s been a while since ordering take and bake. Thin crust with pepperoni/onions and pan with ham/extra cheese. I would definitely buy both again.

I came in to order because I had a coupon. I placed my order and then realized it was an online coupon only so I sat down to order online figuring it was going to take another 1/2 hour to wait. I placed my order and then went to the car to wait and in less than 4 minutes she came out to my car with our pizzas. She started making our orders while I was sitting on the bench ordering online what awesome service. So I had to share this with anyone who will read this… amazing service. I will coming back with or without a coupon!!

Extremely disappointed with my visit today. I come here often and have never had an issue. Today, I place an order at 2:50pm for in store pickup. I get there about 20 min after I ordered. There was only one employee working at the time which is understandable. He was helping a lady at the counter place an order. I stood by the online order pick up counter. A man came in after me and he was helped BEFORE me after me standing there waiting 5-10min. After he got done helping the man, he started to put his gloves back on and completely ignored my presence. I had to wave and get his attention to come help me. I told him I was here to pick up an order. I was told my order wasn’t ready. I said that’s fine, I will come back. I left the store and came back. Now it’s about 30 min since I placed my online order, i come back and it still wasn’t ready. I stood there waiting for another 10 min while he prepares the food for the lady who was ordering when I initially came in to pick up my order. What is the point of ordering online if I still have to wait? I might as well walked in to save me all this hassle.

We enjoy the convenience and quality of the pizza. It is very easy to order online or in-store. Our pizza is always ready for pickup at the requested time. The staff is friendly, courteous and accommodating.

Super slow service, albiet very friendly. Staff may have been learning and trying to be deligent. About 13 mins to prepare one stuffed meat lovers. Also, cinnamon monkey bread was missing frosting cup which made my kids very sad.
Also, loads of cross contamination of ingredients spilling into other bowls and sauces. For instance someone ordered a dairy free pizza while I was waiting and yet the red pizza sauce was full of spilled cheese in it. Other ingredients had same issue.

They advertise hours until 8pm, but we walked in about 7:50 to find all of the ingredients taken to the back. No worker in sight.
Called out “hello?” twice before a teenager finally came out to say “my shift manager says it too late to make you a pizza.
Mind you, we aren’t cooking anything here, they just have to take two or three minutes to put the ingredients on a premade crust, so why can’t you serve people up until you’re closure your time?

Came in here today at 7:45 pm; they close at 8 pm. An employee told me they stop taking orders at 7:45, because “corporate needs them out by a certain time” and if they take any more orders, they won’t be able to do that. I got back in my car and then they turned off the lights and left at about 7:50 pm. Not exactly a great way to run a business.

There was obviously an issue with an order ahead of me. Watching the team rally together to correct it efficiently was great to watch. My order was ready and an easy pickup when I arrived, but I didn’t mind waiting.
