I personally spoke with and confirmed the order with your employee. I am fluent in both English and Spanish, so this was not a language or comprehension issue on my part.
At no point was I told the order could not be prepared because it was a holiday. I was told, “We can prepare it as long as you are willing to pay for it.” I agreed to pay it.
It makes no sense to assume that after placing the order in person, my intention was to leave a negative review for a place we genuinely enjoyed and regularly supported—especially since we had never complained before. Let’s be honest
Once I realized the food was not what I ordered, I offered to have it picked up. What appears on the receipt does not necessarily reflect what I requested, but rather what was entered.
This clarification is not made with the intention of continuing to consume at your establishment. It is a wake-up call, especially considering the many orders we have placed in the past and the fact that we have always supported and recommended your business because we value good service and a strong reputation.

The most unpleasant experience we’ve had at a place we truly used to love.
We moved to Milford almost two years ago, and this restaurant quickly became one of our favorites. We genuinely enjoyed the food and used to order from here often. Unfortunately, what happened on December 31, 2025 completely changed our perspective.
That day, I went personally to the restaurant to order a full catering tray of seafood pasta (pescatore). A few days prior, we were told that the menu had changed, so I decided to go in person to confirm whether they could still prepare it. The young man at the counter asked if I spoke Spanish; I said yes, and it was clear Spanish was also his first language, so there was no language barrier.
I clearly explained what I wanted. He assured me they could prepare the pasta pescatore as long as I agreed to the price. He said he would check with the kitchen for the cost, then returned and told me the total would be $198, which I accepted without hesitation. I paid the full amount in advance, plus tip, and requested delivery. He offered me a copy of the receipt, which I accepted, but I didn’t think much of it since I had personally gone in and clearly explained my order. I never complained about the price.
If the establishment has security cameras, they can verify everything I’m stating here. I am also attaching a photo of the catering menu, where this pasta is not even listed.
At approximately 6:15 p.m., the order arrived, and the disappointment was immediate. The so-called seafood pasta contained only a few shrimp, and the rest was an excessive amount of overcooked pasta, clearly stretched to fill the tray. I am attaching photos as proof.
I immediately called the restaurant, and a woman answered the phone. She told me that “this is the pasta they have.” I calmly explained what had happened, what the young man assured me earlier that day, and that I paid exactly what he quoted. I expressed how disappointed I was because this was not what we ordered nor what was promised. She responded by saying that was not true.
The same young man then took the phone and was extremely disrespectful, even going as far as calling me a liar. I firmly believe that the customer is not always right, but if a customer orders something specific, is given a price, and pays for it, it is reasonable to expect to receive what was agreed upon.
I asked them to please pick up the food and refund my money since we did not want the pasta because it was not what we ordered. They refused completely, and from the background, the owner could be heard yelling that he would not refund anything.
I am deeply saddened and disappointed. A place my family truly loved is now a hard no for us. We will never return.
