I’ve gave this place a chance many of times only place to eat. Late at night. So I thought. I pull in here 6 different times in the month. And. 4 out of 6 times. Employee has a attitude. Or like this time I stood in there 20 minutes and nobody came to help. I went to front asked tashir she said she called and nobody came in after 15 minutes. I walked out sat in the car watch another customer walk in. It took them another 10 minutes to even help them. Very bad customer support I used to manage 4 subwand if mine ever did that then people will have been gone. All they’re there for is a check and don’t give 2 dams about the store. They need to close the Subway. It would weigh down hill won’t stop ever again for Subway. I hope manager sees this are owner. So he knows what’s going on why he makes no money. I will be calling corporate in the morning and letting them know store 611.

Gary is a delight. He was so fun and patient with my 6 year old granddaughter. He even made some modification suggestions to her sandwich and she said the pepperoni “made it more good”. And he was spot on with his churro recommendation. Thank him for the great service

Limited bread options during my visit but the service was quick and simple.
The African-american lady was respectful, patient, accurate, attentive, alert, very competent and had great manners even though it was later in the evening where she could have been easily tired. The senior I was getting the order for loved her sandwich!

Witness a costumer at LOVE’S SUBWAY accidentally drop his $20 while fixing his drink and the employee saw it and picked it up. The employee saw the man searching for his money and said nothing. So the costumer went all outside to his car looking for his money and come back and ask for his money and the employee said he didn’t get it and they also call the police on the costumer. NOW HOW WOULD U FEEL GOING TO SPEND MONEY WITH A MAJOR FRANCHISE ONLY TO GET ROBBED BY THE EMPLOYEE

3:10 am – Pine Bluff, AR – Love’s Subway worker came out from behind the counter and walked past us as we walked up. She went to Love’s counter and was loudly cussing and complaining to one of the workers there. We waited almost 5 minutes and she never came back until we walked out.

When I ordered my sub they gave me the wrong bread, gave me less meat, and was a bit pricier than all other subways I have been to. But, I will be honest here, if you are willing to get some subpar subway for swift release in the bathroom, this is the place for you. My food ran right through me.
