Worst wings I’ve ever had. Didn’t even eat them they were so terrible. Extremely careless service and a complete waste of my time. Pictured are the mango habanero. I made online order and specified a time of 3:30 to pick it up, when I arrived they looked at me with major confusion I showed them my order was paid for with a pickup time of 3:30 the confused lady at the counter told me it was for 4:00 completely disregarding the facts I was showing her on my phone, I bring the food out to my car and double check everything this is some of the worst joke of food I’ve ever gotten in my life I can’t even tell you what the flavors are as it’s a huge mess it tastes awful not at all what I ordered I personally think this was the worst experience I’ve personally had at any restaurant ever in my life. Absolutely unacceptable service at this Wingstop. One of the employee miss pam extremely rude and disrespectful toward a DoorDash driver. Instead of talking like a normal human being, the employee ordered the driver to “sit down” in a harsh, disrespectful tone.

This kind of attitude is disgusting and shows zero professionalism. Delivery drivers are there to pick up orders and keep your business running — not to be talked to like they’re nothing. If this is how Wingstop treats people, it’s a serious problem.

Management needs to fix this immediately because behavior like this should NOT be tolerated at any workplace.

Order in the restaurant and they never called our name so the food sat there and got cold. The fries were all stuck together and the wings were dry. Also it’s like 85 degrees inside that restaurant making unbearable for the workers and customers.

The quality of food has been going down hill for a couple of years now. I’ve been eating at this wingstop since it opened and noticed recently that the operations run a little different now. Staff doesn’t read orders back when picking up orders, lack of customer service skills over there.

The training doesn’t seem to be important at this location. I don’t know how strong the leadership is at this store and who is paying attention to food quality.

Today, same with other recent times I’ve ordered wingstop, the chicken was bland and tasteless. The skin on the chicken was very smooth and little to no seasoning it, I ordered 4 different flavors (cajon, Louisiana rub, garlic parm, and hot honey rub) all with the same issue, no taste, and light on seasoning. I think the staff isn’t preparing the food to wingstop instructions. Ordered fries well done and extra cajon seasoning because their fries are notoriously soggy, my fries today were not well done and very light on seasoning as was the same other recent times.

I normally don’t go full Karen mode on restaurants I have business with, but this store and firewings are the only shops in town serving the wing flavors I want to eat. I’ve had good food from this store many years ago, idk if it’s management change or what it is… but not worth the money I paid for. I won’t be going back any time soon.

The staff here needs to be retrained on how to follow wingstop quality.

Staff was the worse part. The horrible customer service was terrible. Upon walking I had to wait for 2’employees to finish watching a video on their phone before some came to help. We ordered. I asked if there was a pass code for the bathroom. I was told someone would let me in. I waited. Finally someone came by very upset looking and opened the door and walked away looking irritated I she had to open the bathroom. After 25 minutes I checked on my order. The employee said she was going to bring it to me. I sat down. She then yells my name to come back to the counter. She was very rude in her tone and the way she was acting when I asked about the food and came back to get it. I understand waiting for food at Wong stop it is not fast. But I don’t need to be treated bad on top of it. I will never go here again. The place was dirty even through there were 4 employees standing around. Dirty tables. Spilt stuff on the floor. Garbage place and garbage employees.

Soda machine still has no carbonation and hasn’t addressed it since the last I ordered online for take out. How is anyone to know the soda is out of selection? I payed for a meal with a soda included and then disregarded.

Horrible Service at this Wing Stop! I’m all for kids having jobs but they have to care . I placed an online order that stated extra well fries with extra fry seasoning and this is what was given to me(See Photo). I then called up to the restaurant after I placed the online order to specifically ask for extra crispy fries. I actually felt it was done intentionally. The Women states fries are only cooked for a minute and a half which doesn’t make sense if there is an extra well done option.
I should no better because the last time I was at this Wing Stop FF Police Department had to enter the Restaurant with weapons drawn to pull out a group of kids (who happen to be related to a couple of the workers) accused of theft/ robbery.
