This particular store is on point! They never seem to disappoint. Always fresh and follows directions. The staff is pleasant, prompt, and professional. Highly recommend ordering through the app for pick up! Great deals and loyalty points.

As others stated very short on toppings and sauce. Pizza was dry and bread heavy. Not the pizza hut of the past. On par with cheap supermarket pizza if that.

Almost done with Pizza Hut here in Thomaston. The past 3 times I’ve ordered & had it delivered, I tipped 25% and I requested for contactless delivery. EACH TIME, they banged in my door until I came to it and then didn’t even have it out of the bag once I finally went to the door. Even asked them, wasn’t it contactless? They said “I don’t know”. Every-time my pizza wasn’t cut all the way through and grease was literally LEAKING out of the box. Sauces were put at the bottom of the breadstick bag…. Under the breadsticks. More of a mess. Bad service. Do not recommend

The Supreme Pizza we bought last night was not the Supreme Pizza we are accustomed to receiving from Pizza hut in past visits. Each slice had less than 5 slivers of green peppers, onion, mushrooms and perhaps 2 pepperoni slices, 3 pieces of ground beef .
The staff were pleasant enough I’m happy to report.
Shortages…and less for more money is the world today and last night’s pizza was par for the course.

This team creates a delicious pizza! I order from here on a weekly basis (for the most part) for our church bible study and everyone loves the pizza. The staff at this location does an excellent job ensuring the order is correct and they are always very friendly. Great pizza, great people!
