Terrible experience with this store. Do not order the side salad. The lettuce was not fresh had been sitting to many days. The cooks failed to properly prepare my order. Failed to give us the extra Mayo on my wife sandwich. Other then that the food was prepared and ready in a timely manner.

Why do you have Drivethrough: open 24/7 if it is absolutely not open 24/7. I just pulled up and a lady was cleaning. I waved at her and she looked at me, turned off the lights and never came to the window. Get better staff. Update your website. You just had three people I saw waste gas coming and leaving because you’re falsely advertising that you’re open. Needs new management

They close at 9 p.m. I came at 8:20. They looked like they already cleaned up ready to close. When I walked up to the counter one of the employees became visibly angry and upset and started cursing and using foul language because he was upset that he was having to work. Seriously, this guy started balling up his fist and throwing them around and cussing and carrying on walking back into the kitchen. Then, as I walked away he started talking about me as I left. So I have plenty of other places I can eat on post I just won’t ever go here as long as he is working there. He’s not hard to miss he wears his uniform all disheveled and dirty facial hair without the proper equipment and his hat was on all sideways.

Slow is an understatement… rude employees… this place is garbage and always has been. Hey BK if your employees don’t care about their jobs and don’t mind dragging your name through the mud get rid of them! Employment rate is too high to have garbage employees on payroll.

Worst service ever. Horrible rude empolyees. Busy military exchange, staff is severely unprepared. Customers waiting 15+minutes to order breakfast, then when finally able to order, was told past time window for breakfast and have to order lunch menu. By far worst BK I have ever been too. Will be speaking with BK Columbus area regional manager. The staff of this BK needs to be replaced with people that care and actally act like they want a job.

Alright, so i order my dam fatty cakes and jelly rolls and get to the window and the hand me a bag full of jst katsup. furthermore i smelled a fart from what i can only guess was from an obese wild mongoose or wilda beast, akuna matada , i think not. and once again wi was forced to eat at manchu wok i almost puked in my suit bad job u no eva come gin not never >:(
