Jerk hut used to be at the state fair but now you will have to go into their restaurant for that amazing jerk chicken. They do it differently than most by using boneless chicken and every order is made fresh. Their carrot cake is also spectacular, I will drop by anytime I am in Syracuse.

Went here yesterday and got spicy jerk chicken and stew chicken. The jerk chicken was a bomb! Full of flavor and authentic. However my stew chicken was cold and bland.. Lots to choose from their menu so maybe next time I will try the curry chicken

The food is good (depending on what you order). However the customer service is there worst I’ve ever experienced. The wait is ridiculously long. They take one order at a time when there is a long line. They then prepare that food for like 10 to 15 minutes then they come out, the customer pays and then they take the next person. So if you call your food in you’re still waiting 40 mins just to get to the counter! They need a more professional attitude and strategy.
