Fast service and good subs for a fast food chain. Inside was really clean and staff were professional, polite, and quick. Even with a line we were in and out in about 5 minutes.
When the order came.out at the end of the line the person handing out the order verified what we had (a couple of special requests) before handing the food to me.
Close to the freeway and easy in and out of the parking lot.

The food was fresh and made to order when we walked in the door. The staff was friendly and helpful. Jimmy John’s was very busy on our Saturday lunch visit. The food was filling and the seating area gave us a quite spot to go over our Christmas list.

Update 7/2024
Still not great. Can’t manage to get a very simple order correct. No apology for mistakes. Charged $.25 each for 3 cups for water without telling me of the charge. I’m sorry I came back. Would not recommend.
I used to love Jimmy John’s. We haven’t been to this location in a year…we stopped going because every time our order was wrong or the quality was bad. We decided to try it again since it had been so long hoping that things had changed. I am sad to say they have not. My order was wrong and the quality is awful. If you like yellow lettuce, missing toppings, not much meat, poorly made subs, and to have your (simple) order be incorrect then this is the place for you! Not very much meat on the subs. Only positive is that it was ready quickly.

Next to the speedway gas station where is good location. Small dining area. Employees didn’t care much. They had turkey lunch meat.

I’m done with Jimmy John’s, and it looks like I’m not the only one. The food is pretty good and I’ll miss it (sort of), but I’m tired of the terrible service and messed up orders. It just seems like the customer is always an annoyance at this place.

Every time i go to this place they screw up my order. The guy got smart with me because i asked for extra onions said you already got extra were talking about onions that are sluced so thin yoy can see through them, i offered to pay for some more onions and he said he couldnt do that. This is the same guy when someone pays for hot peppers he puts 3 on. I eat here 3 times a week and i usually tip but i wont be doing that anymore. I have to watch them make my sub now because they cant read a ticket. So when i order a sub that comes with tomatoe and i dont want it but i want more onion i dont see the problem. I wish there was another Jimmy Johns around because i would drive to that. Whoever the manager or owner is needs to talk to their employees about taking pride in their job because they all act like they dont want to be there and they screw up orders 90% of the time. Whoever the short man with glasses hes the that smarted off to me and makes crappy subs and hates his job. I hope someone has a talk with him.

Place an order on 6/20/25 for pickup at 7pm. Arrived at store to see a “temporarily closed” after knocking on door and employee came to the door to state ” employees walked out, he was trying to contact manager with no response” said I would receive a refund in 3 days. Today 6/25/25 I hadn’t received my credit so went into store. In the store today I spoke with 2 employees and a supposed GM (never identified her self as such until end of visit) finally after explaining the situation to her 3 times all she could tell me was order was voided and couldn’t give me confirmation or a replacement order. She placed several calls to the supposed owner with no response. I was turned away. Highly would NOT RECOMMEND! POOR SERVICE, BAD MANAGEMENT AND CLUELESS EMPLOYEES!

We stopped in today for a quick lunch, which turned into a lesson in crowd control. An entire select soccer team came in all at once and completely overwhelmed the place. The line got so long it blocked access to the booths, and there was no system for calling out orders—no names, no numbers, just a guessing game at the counter.
Orders came out in no particular order, and no one really knew what belonged to whom. Once we placed our order, we were stuck. Couldn’t leave, didn’t really want to stay, but had no other option. Eventually, people walking in were told they weren’t accepting any more orders.
If you’re heading to Jimmy John’s for speed or convenience, you might want to have a backup plan. Today, a drive-thru anywhere else would’ve been the faster choice.
In fairness to the business, the food was enjoyable. However, I’m not sure I would’ve donated that much of my day for a a full-blown 5-course meal.
