The food is amazing… not so greasy as other teriyaki places (Thank God). Portions are great. The service was over the top and the store at the time we went was spotless. I will be going back.

TERRIBLE. We ordered chicken teriyaki and the rice was hard. Unfortunately I can not attach videos but the rice didn’t stick and CRUMBLED. I picked up the rice with my fingers and every grain of rice was rock hard and as it fell it sounded like throwing pebbles onto the ground. This is absolutely unacceptable.

I just wanted to get something quick, I found out they had cards they can stamp to eventually get a free meal. I’ve been here about 4 other times and no other cashier has ever mentioned that to me until Alexa did tonight. She ended up giving me two for filled up cards which she didn’t have to. Her customer service was fantastic. And would definitely keep coming again. Everyone is very nice and friendly in there. Would recommend.
