Not exactly a pizzeria and the tavern style pizza is the texture of cardboard and I’d imagine just as flavorless as what cardboard might be, which was disappointing but the hand tossed was excellent. Kinda stingy they can’t come up with some complimentary packets of crushed red pepper and parmasan or paper plates for those in hotels but can’t exactly expect ANYTHING for nothing ig. Love the cute packaging on tripple treat box as in previous years they had been out and the deal was kinda lame without fun packing. Maybe ask ahead if you’re getting it in any part for nastolgia.

Shower up for a pizza and the staff was very respectful and even delivered the pizza to our truck. I was waiting for a few minutes and was gonna go in and get my order, the employee comes out and starts walking towards our truck with the pizza! Thank you for ypur professionalism.

Used to love Pizza Hut- not so much anymore. Pizza was way too doughy for hand tossed and the breadsticks are NOT how they used to be. Doughy and not crisp like they always used to be. Delivery driver was friendly and the bbq chicken pizza was good but what we got was NOT worth the price!! You should’ve left things the way they were Pizza Hut!!

The food was, as always, excellent. However, I stood at the counter for five full minutes before any of the five people busying themselves in full view of the counter acknowedged my presence. Then they tried to short me an order of wings, and I had to point out that the receipt clearly shows a second order, at which point they told me the second order would be another 4 minutes. I appreciate that they put the pizza back in the warmer while I waited, but the overall experience was abysmal.

Great delivery time wings were ok had the lemon pepper they cooked well but lacked pepper….tried the New York pizza and it was not good for our taste in pizza the sauce was super sweet and didn’t care for the seasoning sprinkled on top will stick to the value box next time

We always have delivery so I can’t rate the “atmosphere”.
The drivers are always pleasant and our food is delivered quickly.
The food is quite tasty, always hot and very reasonably priced.
Love the fact that they stay open late as we are night owls.

Will NEVER attempt to order from here again. I ordered food for a group of hungry kids shortly before 11pm. This location is open until midnight. My bank account was charged, I received a confirmation and estimated delivery time…. Nothing. No food came. No one answered my call, even though they were still open. No one called to state they canceled our order, would refund us, zero communication. And at midnight, I have hungry teens with no food. I hope they’re aware that I’ll be stopping by in the morning. AWFUL SERVICE. If you’re hungry, order from anywhere else.

The food was exceptional even though the prices have skyrocketed since 2020, but that’s not just Pizza Hut. Since coming in my family and I have noticed that cook times have increased a little bit. I’m not here to complain but I think it has to do with staffing.

Ordered @630 confirmed @730 to be delivered @830….. Family’s basic sooo wings and a CHEESE pizza. After an an hour late I received a PEPPERONI pizza.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My pregnant vegetarian fiancé is livid. Called @940 and was told they were closed… like I get New Year’s Eve but 940?????????? GTFUH. Then was told they can’t refund money! So I was ROBBED for 50$. I had to walk to Quik Trip for a cheese pizza before I could eat the wings. I took a few bites for the trip. I’ll be in touch.

Horrible experience. We ordered online and were given an approximate delivery time of 30-40 minutes. Over an hour later, there was no update on our order. When we tried to call the store, we spoke with someone twice who simply put us on hold for 10 minutes and never returned. After the 3rd call, I asked if I could speak with someone, and the associate responded, “no, I can just put you on hold.” It’s now been 90 minutes. No delivery. No response. We will not be ordering from here again.
