We waited over an hour for my husbands meal, apparently the server placed the order wrong or the cook read it wrong. Either way, my daughter and I received our food first, then my grand daughter received her food, and right at 45 minutes after our order was originally taken my husband received his food but it wasn’t what he asked for, so our server had to put the order in to the kitchen again. The server kept saying it would be out in a few minutes, that few minutes turned into an hour. It was horrible. They did box up the original wrong order and gave it to us for free. But it wasn’t what he ordered. As a matter of fact, we flew out of Arizona the next morning spending the week in Atlanta, and that boxed meal saw in the refrigerator and it’ll be trashed next week when we get back to Arizona. After my daughter ate and fed her daughter (2 years old) they walked the property twice came back to the table still no food for my husband. At that point my poor husband was saying our decision to dine at the Cantina was a bad decision. I asked for a to-go box, boxed up my food and departed the dining area because I was very upset about the entire dining experience. Our bill ended up being $127.94 for over an hour wait for shrimp and chicken fajita plate. I love going to our Star Pointe Lakeside Grill the food and service is always great. But The Cantina at Presidio will never see us again.

We live in EMR, so we really want this place to succeed but it falls short. We wanted to sit outside but it was chilly so asked to turn the space heater on, sorry we don’t have any propane. They then seated us (5) inside. Server came by about 10 minutes later and took our drink orders. About 10 minutes later another person joined our group, we got the waiters attention and ordered that person’s drink. That person received their drink while the rest of us waited 15 more minutes before getting ours. Food was the same issue 45 minutes for food. Food was satisfactory. We arrived at 6 and didn’t get out until after 8. These were our guests here and we were embarrassed by the lack of service we were provided. Can’t wait for some new restaurants to come to the EMR.

On our first impressions the girl working was in a bad mood took forever to seat us and she had a little attitude but our server who took over was great and made up for the girl in a bad mood. The food was great and the company amazing. They have outdoor and indoor seating.

I’ve been vacationing in Goodyear over the last 4 years and this was our first time coming here. We only had drinks, but my entire group enjoyed trying different cocktails. The added chips/salsa was an added bonus. The staff was so kind. We had Ace as our server (I hope I got the name correct), such a pleasant & kind person. We will definitely be back!

I love spending time with my friends here in Estrella as we always get to visit the Cantina!! The food is fabulous, the venue is beautiful, the drinks are yummy and pretty and you can’t beat the view!! Highly recommend a visit and it’s open to the public!!

Food has definitely changed in flavor. The last several times I’ve been there I’ve been quite disappointed. For me, the value for the price isn’t there.
It’s a Mexican Grill, Spanish music would be great. It’s a cute restaurant. Customer service can definitely improve. Alex and Grace are always awesome! Some servers/bartenders look angry and don’t even greet. Some are not very attentive. Been here several times, portions and presentation always vary but prices remain or increase. The Diablo tacos were amazing when the tortilla was toasted with the red chili sauce. I’d like to see value for my money consistently please.

Everyone said go here. So I had to check it out. Literally spent 25 min at the bar. No drink order, no menu, nothing. Maybe 15 people inside bar area. Won’t waste my time again. There’s better places in Goodyear to go.

Amazing food here, this is the burrito bowl that’s absolutely delicious! I get this almost every time. Also the chicken enchiladas with green sauce is super good as well. Highly recommend either one of those! Cheers!

I wish they would play Mexican music on the speakers while you dine. It would add the unique style that the restaurant represents. Sad. Otherwise the food is top of the line….along with their drinks. Jackie our server is the best around.

Sunday lunch was so delicious. The staff were helpful and friendly. I have always enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere whether dining inside or on the patio. Today we enjoyed the chicken enchiladas with green sauce as well as the crunchy tacos beef and chicken.
