If I could give 6 stars I would! Birdman’s brisket was off the charts! Had him prepare one full brisket for the wifes birthday and all I will say is probably the best brisket in the area! When I say the area im talkin tomball cypress montgomery hempstead areas! Noone comes close to this brisket! In my opinion beats any of the big name places around the area! Beautiful smoke ring and cut to perfection! Anyone who wants top notch bbq needs to make the drive out and get you summmm! Also brisket grilled cheese as well! Im a memphis guy and this will be my new spot for BBQ! Hands down theres a reason he sales out! Thanks Uncle Bird! Will be back to try the ribs and egg rolls! God bless you brother big things will be in your future pal!

Well worth the trip to this gem. Today I had the grilled cheese brisket sandwich. Tons of yummy cheese melted perfectly with chunks of brisket and thick bread with a buttery grill on it. WOW!! What a revelation! I live an hour away so I took home a pound of the brisket to tie me over until I can return.

Food is delicious and the staff is super nice. Saddest part is theyre only open for a few hours or until they run out which happens often. These guys deserve a full restaurant open for lunch and dinner all week.

Hands down my favorite spot for crawfish and BBQ. The “Texas Twinkies” were a hit for my fiancé and I. “Uncle Bird” and Sean take care of each customer, ensuring that their food and experience is top notch. Reasonable prices for crawfish by the pound! It is BYOB but they do have sodas for sale as well.

This is the worst display of Texas BBQ I’ve ever experienced in my entire life and I’ve lived here for 33 years in Texas. I grew up in the Woodlands lived in Dallas, San Antonio, College, Station, and Bellville. And this so-called restaurant takes the cake at the worst barbecue place I’ve ever experienced. If I could give it zero stars I would, but I give it one star as does my entire family.
