**UPDATED** 5-14-25 5 Star experience this time!!
I was passing by & stopped in again & had a wonderful experience. I spoke with Susan the GM over the entire Travelers Oasis. She greatly appreciated my feedback. When I told her I was going to order more chicken today she insisted on comping my order. I told her that wasn’t necessary & wasn’t why I wanted to speak with her but she insisted. She also introduced me to the GM over the Garden of Eatin’ (The Food Court area) and shared with her my complaint from my previous visit! I’m very hopeful that moving forward if there is going to be a substantial wait for chicken that they’ll inform the customer.
VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE! What should have been a quick grab some delicious chicken experience took 35 minutes & would’ve taken an additional 15 minutes had I waited for the bone-in chicken I ordered! To top it off no one was going to let me know of the wait on chicken, as I had to ask how much longer for my order to be told 15 min! The “jambalaya” is a joke, it’s pictured with chicken in it as jambalaya should have meat in it, but alas all I got was seasoned rice & beans for $3! Sadly those weren’t the only issues I ran into while visiting the Oasis today! I’m hoping this was a one off bad experience. Time will tell if I stop in again!

Better eat somewhere else , this stuff is ok but nothing close to good although biscuits were good . This stuff is bad for you , after eating some what healthy i decided to finally treat my self with something and i regret it . Any other fried chicken restaurant would be better

Stopped to get chicken tenders for dinner, they earned their name for sure. Krispy Krunchy, should be, Krispy Dried Krunchy. I love fried chicken but this was a little hard to swallow. Worst was their biscuits. I think they had been left over night to harden up so the truck drivers could use them for wheel chocks.

The chicken was old and dry and has been sitting up under the heating lamp for a while.The biscuits and potatoes wedges were hard as a rock jambalaya was mushy.The only thing that was cook fresh was the shrimp. I want be coming back to this location at all.

Used to be a good place to eat , but no more. Now they serve tiny pieces of hard ,dry chicken that have been in the warmer for hours and have ZERO flavor. And the people behind the counter could not care less if they serve you garbage.

I love some good old Cajun food… I have never heard of this place before, so I wanted to give it a try, cuz I’m always looking for some quick, tasty Cajun food. Sadly, this place was just okay.
The customer service was nice, and I appreciate how fast it was, and the prices are nice, but the quality of the food was a bit lower than I was hoping for.

The employee said they do not make the chicken cracklins because it didn’t do well. Well maybe you should make some fresh cracklins like every other Krispy Chicken place. Very disappointed at the lazy employee. Its on the menu. Cut some chicken up and throw it in the grease!!!
