I was here in college when JJ opened. The sandwiches were amazing and the bread was tasty. I got a Vito today, stale bread, hardly any meat or cheese. The sandwich was dry and no spices were added!
If I’m gonna pay $7 for a sandwiche, it should be better.
So, I will not get JJ any longer, it was a horrible sandwich!!

Very very dissatisfied I went through the drive through sat there for three minutes. Drive to the window. Sat there watching this women on her phone bent over butt towards the window didn’t see me till i started to drive away. I’m pretty pretty aggrieved because this is the second time this happened. I will be calling in the morning.

Restaurant is very clean and bright inside. Staff is very professional and friendly. Service is very fast. Food tasted very good and had no issues. It is a very good Jimmy John’s compared to other Jimmy John’s I have been to.

Can’t get the order right and you get three slices of ham. They added a ton of lettuce when none was requested on the receipt and very little mayo when extra was asked. Awful value for money.

This was my first time trying them, my sandwich was poorly cut, barely any bread at bottoms and what bread there was, was hard because how thin it was, they still served it like that. And Brad more lettuce than anything really. Barely had any turkey or mayo on it. Was supposed to be turkey tom more like a salad. Just made with lack of effort and definitely won’t be buying again!

I got the Turkey Tom sub sandwich. I got the 18 inch one. It’s good. I went through the drive thru so I’m not sure how it is inside and it was my first time ever eating Jimmy John’s!

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!!
I wait in the drive through for my online order and now I know why it took so long. Pull up to the window and 3 minutes go by, no greeting, nothing, finally I call in and ask for my order and another employee comes over, grabs it from the counter where it has been sitting this entire time and tells me sorry for the wait.
Food is good but not worth that shitty service – DO BETTER!!!

I went to their drive through tonight at 10:15pm. No lights on. Website says they close at 12am, midnight. So I call. “We’re closed.” Why are you closed 2 hours early and why even answer the phone. I wanted to redeem my free reward after a long night of work. Please update your hours if you’re closing early on Sundays now. Thank you.
