The atmosphere of the place is great. We came out for a dinner with my sisters. We decided to go with the sirloin for all of us, since it’s a “steakhouse”. Sadly the steak was not that great, meat was tough even though it was cooked properly. The crust was too burnt with a taste of burnt oil, as were all the vegetables. They had an after taste of oil cooked on high heat. We all got different side options of vegetables and all were the same with the after taste. Shrimp was great though and cooked to perfection. Bread that came out before the steak was very dry. Overall the main course was very disappointing. Dessert on the other hand was the best part of the meal. We ordered three different options and they all were delicious with a cup of coffee. Service could be better, our waitress would disappear for long periods of time, refills didn’t happen and we had to catch her to get the dessert order get put in.

Would not reccomend. We dined during the brunch on Sunday. Was told steak was avaliable during this time which it was. To start we ordered the cowboy ribeye for 2 which they were out of so went with the strip for 2 cooked med rare. We had no vegetable option for a side even though on the brunch menu it shows whisky glazed carrots under the chicken fried steak, which were not available. The strip we ordered arrived rare, not med rare with well over a 1/4 of it was fat and wasted. The cfs that was ordered was so tough it was not able to be finished. When we finished we ordered cinnamon rolls to go which we were informed if would be 25min to prepare. I watched my sons burger jusy sit under the heat lamp for well over 10min thinking no way that would ne his and to my surprise the waitress grabbed it. My daughter stuffed french toast was also made well in advance to where the bread was all soggy and gross. The service was poor with non stop disappointment in one fashion or another. Rethink before visiting here.

What a wonderful restaurant! Great atmosphere, amazing service (Kanin is awesome!), awesome drink selection, and the food is fantastic! We have come twice and both times everyone has been so impressed with the quality and menu offerings. Steaks are cooked to perfection, tender, and flavorful. The side options are plentiful and delicious, and the elevated casual atmosphere makes for a great date night or family dinner. Try the sauce flight for your steak – you won’t regret it!

I was expecting decent food but was blown away by the quality of everything! Shared an order of the crab fried rice, amazing. Next was an order of their French onion soup. What’s the next above amazing? Whatever it is the soup was up there. Literally the best I’ve had. Since it was a special occasion I ordered the 35-day dry-aged tomahawk. Pricey but wow oh wow! Finished up with one of their chocolate-chip cookie platters! Yum! Only downside for the cookie was that our server didn’t warn us that there was some peanut butter in the recipe. While not allergic, one of our party can’t stand the taste.
Will certainly look to return again!

(Read bottom half for reason for 1 star rating) I took my girlfriend out to eat here for our celebration of 1 year of dating on Dec 6th but am only getting around to writing this now. First off the service was amazing I requested a more private table not near any vents so my girl wouldn’t get cold and they definitely delivered on that. We were at table 6 I believe and had a 6pm reservation whoever the waitress was deserves some recognition. We got a flight of 6 oysters, a house salad, a delmonico style ribeye, a sirloin, and sides were fingerling potatos, asparagus, and million dollar mushrooms. The oysters were pretty good but thats because I have a preference for east coast oysters, the salad was good as were all the sides, the asparagus was out of season but thats on me for getting it out of season, the sirloin was pretty good. The ribeye though was ordered to be less than rare and came out with a very uneven cook ranging from medium well to medium rare at best with a HUGE gray band also 0 sear and the meat quality was absolute garbage. I come from a family of ranchers my grandpa is well respected in Hyannis Nebraska for managing the dumbell ranch for 40 ish years. I have had good beef. It should be well marbled cooked even at a low temp this well translate to looking like little pieces held together with fat this was not that. This was big chunks of fat and meat almost no actual marbling. I paid (I believe) 51 dollars for this steak and it was horrible. I know it would have been better brought up at the dinner but I didn’t want to damage the night and the mood with my girlfriend. Hopefully this can be resolved with the restaurant and this is not the norm. I would love to come back because of the service if this is not the norm.

Our visit was a very disappointing one.
Steaks came out cooked wrong (over picture was to be mid rare) (waited 15min for anyone to check after food was delivered to the point where we ate our steaks because we were hungry). Mashed potatoes and mushrooms were neither hot nor cold. Our side recook didn’t come out until after we finished with the rest of our food. Mac and cheese was crunchy in spots.
Would not recommend as a way to spend your anniversary.

Had a delicious dinner with friends. Very impressed with the atmosphere and friendliness of the staff. The food was spot-on and the drinks were not overpriced and delicious. The owner of the restaurant came over to visit with us as well as the executive chef, and they were very engaged in our comments. Would definitely come back again soon
2nd visit this time for lunch. Initially sat inside but so noisy we asked to go out on the patio. Much better. The Ruben with asparagus and the Philly and salad nice but could use a bit of seasoning. Hopefully the noise factor in the main dining room is figured out soon. The waitress was super.

Very nice steak restaurant. Surprisingly large amount of seating. Attractive bar. Highly recommend that you focus on their stall offerings. The New York Strip was nicely prepared, excellently seasoned, and cooked perfectly. Their Carmelized Napa Cabbage was unique – I’d do it again. Nicely located exactly halfway between Lincoln and Omaha. Relatively new property.
