This place is absolutely amazing! Outside of the amazing coffee and the food being so delicious that I can get my picky toddler to eat almost everything there without a fight; the staff are amazing, laid back people that keep me coming back. I’ve always had a perfect cup of coffee! When they were doing their Valentine’s Day cards they even gave an extra for my little dude. The seasonal drinks are amazing and give a fabulous break from my regular double torture. I’d have to say it’s the best coffee place in Oakridge.

So little soft top……watched the “baristas” use the last little bit and not get a new container out to complete the order correctly. Shouldn’t see the ice popping through and should be able to sip the soft top with the latte. Won’t be spending money here anymore.

These guys used to be Johnny on the spot with customer service. They earned our business consistently- recently service has taken a major dive.
Two lanes- zero order takers. This has been the case for the last 4 visits. Not sure what is happening but sincerely hope you all get it fixed soon.
We appreciate you being here in our community but the poor service is ruining you.
The folks that worked here since opening are no longer here and that’s a shame because they were energetic, friendly and polite.
Not so much anymore.
We don’t mind paying, we leave good tips, we like supporting businesses with great models but we won’t do that forever.
Bring back the staff that got this place on the map.

Accidently ordered from the location 6 drinks and in a panic I attempted all ways possible to cancel. I tried calling the locations, which gave me the corporate line. I attempted through the corporate line and the app and I was unable to complete this on any of the above ways. I got to the correct store, Oak Ridge, and I informed them of the issue and the gentleman was an absolute saint. He was very understanding and took the order immediately. They texted the other location and got all 6 drinks ready within no time. I am very grateful for his kindness and understanding and made the whole situation easy.

The coffee was great, smooth without being too strong or sweet. I ordered a salted caramel iced latte and my husband had a hot hazelnut latte.

This is my ABSOLUTE favorite Dutch Bros location (I’ve been to multiple in TN and CO); I’m here at least four days a week. The golden eagle with white coffee is my CRUTCH. Everyone here is so friendly and chipper, even at 6am. I usually order through the mobile app about 10 mins before I arrive, and my order is ready and waiting by the time I pull up. Love love love this place – I hope they’re here for years to come!!
