Worst Subway experience ever. I used the BOGO offer on the app and picked up my sandwiches, but when I got home, I found they were tiny and missing ingredients. There was hardly any chicken, lettuce, or spinach, and not a shred of cheese. My “beast” sandwich, meant to be 1/2 pound meat, had about a quarter of that. After multiple calls, I finally reached someone who told me they were instructed to skimp on the sandwiches because they were free and had a lot to make—despite me being the only customer in the store. Terrible customer service and questionable store ethics. Just a disappointing experience overall.

Clean place, nice older ladies, friendly, and not to busy. One of the ladies .are a good sub. You get meat n veggies in every bite. Not like some subways where one bite is a veggies and one bite all meat. Love this place for my good to sub. Only bad thing is parking. I park by CVS and walk. Otherwise 5 stars all the way

This place is tight on money. Don’t expect the Subway of the Day here. They don’t participate . It was smarter to go to a participating store in Ewa

I should’ve written this review months ago when they did this the first time. I order double meat a couple months ago and it was regular portion but I payed for double. Today I went for a power bowl ( which is supposed to contain the same portions as a footlong sandwich ) and they tried to give me a six inch portion of chicken. I just left. Unreal. The owner must be the cheapest sob on the island

The two young girls and younger male were very rude . My husband had ordered the feast sanwhich and they didn’t know how to make it and one of the girls were grossed out when the girl made it and made some rude comments . By far the worst experience I had at subway!! So unprofessional .

I stop by maybe once a week. There’s this really cool girl who works M-F . She has excellent customer skills & is overall pleasant company. Subway in Waipahu need to give her a raise because me and the other customers always smiling and laughing when she’s there.

I vowed a year ago when I walked out mid-sandwich making, that I wouldn’t eat at this location ever again but today I didn’t have a choice. (McDonald’s was closed, I live nearby but didn’t have a car today) should’ve just walked another 100 yards to taco bell.

It doesn’t matter what you order. The staff are rude and don’t know how to spread out meat, cheese and veggies. They also don’t know how to sauce a sandwich properly. Everything ends up like a meatball, or they fold the meat and have half of it laying off the sandwich. Ugh! Nobody there can make a proper sandwich and come on it’s not that hard!
.
Also, this locations veggies always look about a week old. Especially the lettuce. The pickles are some kind of off-brand and when you ask for any veggies they put like 2 pickles on a foot long sandwich and say ok what next. It’s like, MORE PICKLES MAYBE? LET’S START THERE.
.
Bottom line is, unless ur starving and have no place left on the planet to go, don’t eat here. It won’t be a very great experience.
.
Go up the road to the one in Kunia by the Wal-Mart. !!! They make great sandwiches, are friendly and have fresh veggies.

They never pick up their phone. I called for 15 minutes straight and no one answered. I guess they don’t want any business.

My cold cut sandwich was warm and my lemonade was water with an ever so slight lemon taste. I left 5 minutes ago. Awful.
