Nicole and the team there are absolutely amazing. They work so well together, and make me feel so welcomed. I come here everyday before I go to work, just to make sure that I start the day off well. I definitely plan on coming here every morning. I even stopped going to a local coffee shop, that’s more convenient to me! I can’t even begin to express how wonderful everything here is. If given the opportunity, I highly suggest you stop here.

If you’re anywhere near Liberty Tree Mall in Danvers, do yourself a favor and stop at this Dunkin’. The manager, Nicole, is truly something special. She remembers names, orders, and somehow makes you feel like you’re walking into a place where you’re actually known — not just another customer in line.

Her team reflects that same energy. They’re always smiling, joking with each other, and moving fast. Even on the busiest mornings, if they’re having a bad day, you’d never know it. The vibe is just… good. You can literally feel that they appreciate your business, and honestly, not enough places operate that way anymore.

It’s rare to find a spot where the service feels personal, consistent, and sincere. This one has it — because Nicole sets that tone. Thank you, Nicole, and thank you to the whole team for making mornings a little brighter.

I let my coffee sit for awhile because it was not good but then as the ice melted we noticed this cap floating up to the top. This is actually crazy. Might’ve been accidental and fell into the ice bucket but still.

This has to be the worst dunkin I’ve ever been to. I’ve never gone to a place that gets orders wrong literally every time. I always order the same thing, a medium iced caramel macchiato with extra sugar and shot of espresso. Today I got an original macchiato no shot of espresso and I can taste they forgot the sugar too. It is always like this, whether there is no sugar or no espresso or no caramel the order is always wrong. I would just not come to this store and save your money.

I normally don’t write reviews, but my experience at this Dunkin’ was unacceptable and honestly disappointing. I stopped in for a quick breakfast and was met with some of the most unprofessional behavior I’ve ever encountered in a customer service setting and it came directly from the manager.

When I asked a simple question about a menu item being out of stock, the manager responded with clear irritation and a condescending tone, as if I was bothering them just by speaking. I tried to clarify my order and was immediately cut off mid-sentence with a dismissive, “It’s not that hard,” in front of other customers. I felt embarrassed and completely disrespected.

I understand that fast-paced environments can be stressful, but there is no excuse for being rude and impatient — especially from someone in a leadership role. A manager sets the tone for the entire store, and in this case, it created a negative and uncomfortable atmosphere for everyone.

I won’t be returning to this location, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone until the management issue is addressed. Everyone deserves to be treated with basic respect.

I’m writing to share a frustrating experience. My visit to this Dunkin’ took over 30 minutes for a small dine-in order, and the items I received were incorrect.

Issues with My Order:
• I only ordered one Avocado Toast, but was charged for two.
• I had ordered a Matcha Latte with 2 blueberry shots and skim milk, but that drink was never made. Instead, the modifiers (blueberry shots + skim) were incorrectly listed under the second Avocado Toast.
• The staff seemed confused and overwhelmed, and there was no communication about the delay.

The long wait and incorrect charge are unacceptable. I hope this location can improve both speed and attention to order accuracy.

Saddest breakfast ever. They only had 2 types of donuts, no croissant option for my sandwich, my mocha tasted like it had 0 pumps of chocolate, despite being brown in color. I totally despise my boss who gave me a $10 dunkin gift card, should’ve asked me if I just wanted the money instead. What a waste of my time and gas. (Note: I had given this same Dunkin a 5 star review 3 years ago, management have changed for worse it seems, although the place looks nicer than the last time I came here).
