Great food and reasonable prices in LV! Portion sizes were huge. Loco Moco was great! Get it with garlic rice! All the pancakes were delicious! Our favorite turned out to be the strawberry guava but the Ube was also up there! Red velvet was great too! Overall a great breakfast spot! Would come again! It’s a busy place so be prepared to wait.

Every location I’ve visited was always busy which is a good thing. My first time visiting this location for an early morning brunch and the wait time to be seated wasn’t that long. Go early because it does get pretty busy trying to find parking and waiting to get a table. It is small in the inside, but there are more seating areas outside the cafe. The staff greeted us upon entering and the service along with the server was pretty awesome. I ordered The Kalbi Steak and Eggs with a Strawberry Shortcake upgrade to my pancakes and it was DELISH! The serving size for me was a lot so I’d say bring your appetite. Looking forward to many more visits at this location.

If you guys are looking for a breakfast place in Vegas… PICK THIS ONE. Portions were huge, food was really good, reasonably priced, large selection, freshly made. I got the spam and eggs with seasoned potatoes and the German chocolate baby cake. SO good and so filling. My friend got the ube baby stacks and they for sure live up to the hype.

One of my absolute favorite breakfast spots when I travel from Tennessee to Las Vegas for work! BabyStacks never disappoints.
Laura was our server and she was wonderful — so friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience feel extra welcoming. The lemon ricotta pancakes are hands down the best I’ve ever had (light, fluffy, and perfectly balanced).
It was also my first time ever trying spam, and I’m officially a fan — so good! Everything tasted fresh, comforting, and made with care.
This place is a must-stop every time I’m in Vegas. Already looking forward to my next visit!

I had a fantastic food experience. We were seated quickly, the water was good, the coffee mugs were nice sized, the food came relatively quick and our waitress was nice.
I had carrot cake pancakes with cream cheese sauce/syrup it was great and corned beef hash that didn’t seem to come out of a can. My niece had these strawberry shortcake pancakes that looked amazing, and my brother had an omelet covered in cheese.

BabyStacks is a quaint breakfast joint in the heart of Las Vegas’ Asian community. They specialize in their creative pancakes and classic island/filipino breakfasts. Their pork sisig was a mix of flavorful, crispy, and citrusy pork bites. Their Ube Pancakes were fluffy and sweet, without overdoing the Ube flavor. Their galbi was well-marinated, tender, and a balanced mix of fattiness and meat. Overall, we would recommend this place to the hungry breakfast-goer. They appear to be popular, so plan to come in early!

Came here because the locals raved about it, and they didn’t lie. The pancakes were delicious. Large varieties of pancakes, omelette, and Filipino specials. Fast, friendly service. And we were lucky to be seated right away.

We came here it’s a very cozy restaurant. Lots of options. I ordered the banana Foster’s and Kalbi and Eggs. The pancakes were prob the best in town: the Kabli was so good and delicious. The service was super friendly and quick. Would come here again. Thank you !
