The restraunt was beautiful. It was clean and a nice atmosphere. Me and my fiance ate in with our food. We waited 10 minutes for the waitress to even come to take our order and then a additional 45 minutes for our food. We got a medium pizza and pasta. The pizza came out decently. The pasta was a different story. The noodles were half cooked and the meatballs were cold in the middle. My garlic bread came out cold and rock hard. Will not be returning.

Picasso Pizza II was great. They had our order ready on time (for the most part – no pizza place is ever ready 100% on time). They were super nice when making sure they gave us the correct order too.
The food was excellent. Their chicken stromboli was some of the best I’ve had in a looong long time and it comes at a heck of a low price. I hope we get food from here again!

Normally I’m overly happy with the service and food from Picasso but was a little disappointed with the service tonight. I understand that it’s busy because it’s the night before Thanksgiving and a lot of people aren’t cooking but I called in my order at 5:15 and was told 40 minutes and just picked up my order and the cashier had the nerve to give attitude after I asked if my order was ready after standing around for over 20 minutes! I understand that it’s overwhelming at times but I want the same treatment as everyone else who was waiting impatiently just as I was. If you need help, say you do!

The absolute worst customer service. What’s really said is I order from this place weekly. I placed a DoorDash order. Called and advised that they made it correctly. They tried to blame door dash. The gentlemen who answered the phone could care less that they made a mistake. They definitely lost my business for just simply not being able to show compassion in the inconvenience they caused me. They wanted me to reorder my calzone when I explained the fee I would incur due to just ordering a calzone he simply said there is nothing I can do. What they can do is properly read orders and make them correctly. Let’s not talk about the beef patty I ordered that was not edible. Very disappointed

This place is fantastic, the staff are great, they communicate when appropriate, they are courteous and kind. The Manger is 100% phenomenal. The food is always accurate, and they check every item before it leaves, and it tastes great! Real-time cooking kind of feel to it. KUDOS to the Manager.
Notes. Sometimes, the order may be a tad slow to arrive, that is because the locals know and love the place, so some peak times, the texted delivery time is off. Not a lot, but if the kitchen is stressed, plan accordingly.
Overall, def worth 5 stars, Best place ever for food in Easton in general.

They have the largest variety of single pizza slices available and ready to go that I have ever seen in the Lehigh Valley. And boy, are they good! The cheesesteak we got the other day was amazing. Super fresh roll, heaps of steak meat, the right amount of sauce and melty cheese on top, dripping into the rest of the steak. Yum!
