Bought 2 double cheeseburgers. Most times they slap them together so fast, the burgers are cold & the cheese never melted, but this particular location did a good job. The burgers were warm & cheese was melting. I could actually tell the buns were toasted too which is almost never the case. The girl at the register also did her job well. Great job people!

Ladies and gentlemen I work and frequently visit both the Seekonk and Warren locations and I must say Warren RI has it on lockdown. Polite, on point and fast ( musta amazing team leader or strict SM) …. Seekonk…. Well when I order onion rings on my sandwich I don’t expect RAW literal rings of onion and super slow service. lol hope the DM isn’t the same … maybe different regions? Warren keep up the amazing work your team is on point !!!!

I am writing in regards to your location in 609 Metacom Ave, Warren, RI 02885. I am not only a customer but a delivery person. I have frequented this location a large number of times and I want to make you aware of the amazing manager you have at this location. I witnessed her praise her staff and kept them completely calm during a very fast, peak time of the evening. With every burger that came out. Every cup handed to her. It was absolutely unbelievable how important she made each and every staff member feel. The smiles on their faces told a story. I am almost 50 years old and I have frequented many establishments over the years. I have never seen or heard anything like this in my life and I know how it is to be an employee and be praised for your hard work. Sometimes it means a lot more than the paycheck they receive. Sometimes it if you could please give “Alex” the praise she deserves. I would greatly appreciate it. Managers should all take advice from Alex’s handbook on being a manager. This lady is an absolute gem. Thank you for your time.

Went for the first time in years and was highly disappointed. the guy on the headset seemed fine until I heard the manager in the background lecturing him about how long we wet sitting there (mind you we hadn’t even been stoped for a minute). They continued to be rude and rush us the whole time we were ordering. When they forgot our sauce and we went back nobody was in the drive through so we went in person, they tried gave us one sauce ( 2 ppl and $30 of food) and when we asked for another they manager like TOSSED it on the counter. Very disappointing experience cause they used to be so much better!

The friendliest staff of any Burger King I have been to. Which pains me to leave a negative review for, as I value that the most. However for some reason they just can’t seem to get custom mobile orders right. No exaggeration, every single mobile order I have place in the last few months (6) was missing something or some other issue. My most recent order I changed the default sauce from ranch to sweet & sour. Then added, and paid for, an additional zesty sauce. In my bag was 1 buffalo sauce packet. What? The correct order was on the receipt in the bag so I guess it was just ignored? They also kept the tomatoes and didn’t add mustard as I specified. I’ll go back, but I’ll have to make sure of the order before I leave. I try not to leave review like this but not giving customers what they paid for is rough for me to let go.

i’m not sure what happened in a matter of a year but the staff have been repeatedly rude including a manager! we tried to excuse it as maybe stress or a bad day but it’s a reoccurring issue with snapping at customers, aggressively handing food over, and refusing receipts so names can’t be reported. i like the food but a customer shouldn’t ever feel bullied or uncomfortable to order food out of fear of a bad experience or quality of food. respect and patience goes both ways.. humble your manager and train your staff to have basic human respect and things would be so much more better!

Always seems to be understaffed. Orders are very slow, fries and nuggets are cold, chicken sandwiches are hard and greasy. It’s rare to ever get fresh food.

This most recent visit when I pulled into the parking lot they had 2 cars pulled up waiting for their orders and a third at the window. Something needs to change, I didn’t even bother ordering knowing I’d likely be waiting 20+ minutes for old disappointing food.

How to service the customer like that, they are not friendly at all. The beef is over cooked ask for changing still come with the bad one and they said cannot make better beef then that.
