Of course I got a sandwich with ONLY LETTUCE -CHEESE and MAYO – NO ONIONS NO PEPPERS

There isn’t enough good things I can say about Jersey Mike’s and specifically this location. I order here quite often for our company and they always have huge orders ready on time and tasting fresh. The workers are all very friendly and I can’t recall the managers name but he is always smiling and friendly even when it is busy.

They blast music so loud you can barely have a conversation with the staff and last time I was there the employee was too busy messing around with his GF to do his job. Took forever and made the sandwich wrong.

It arrived fresh, perfectly packaged, and exactly how I ordered it—down to every detail in the special instructions. I’m usually hesitant about delivery, but this experience was flawless. The team clearly took care in preparing my order, and I really appreciate that level of attention. Every time I visit this location, the staff is consistently warm, friendly, and helpful. They really need help because the service here is very poor. They take 30 minutes to make a regular turkey and provolone sandwich. You’re better off going to Lake Street over South. This restaurant needs to be shut down IMMEDIATELY!
