A cozy atmosphere, White Rabbit has a lot to offer and appreciate. Perfect for a variety of celebratory occasions, the little details in the restaurant bring charming character to the space. Dessert names on the menu were entertaining, with titles such as “death and taxes,” “wake the fudge up”, “first draft,” “Apple Username” and others. Menus are available on paper as well as online. They have menu selections for gluten free, low sugar, and kid friendly foods. There are limited non dairy and vegetarian options. Desserts are a little pricy considering their serving size but my group found sharing dishes in pairs worked well. Our food came with a very short wait and were placed with great attention to detail. When one of us allergic to hazelnuts accidentally ordered a hazelnut dish, the staff was exceptionally accommodating- replacing it at no extra charge. If you like simply crepes, the White Rabbit is the place for you!

This is our 3rd time at this restaurant but 1st review. It is the perfect place to get dessert with friends/family. Everything we’ve tried is delicious. For this visit, we tried the apple-y ever after, the cookie academy, NY cheesecake, and the peanut butter kid. Ariana was our server- she was great!

The waiter was a white male and he served us on 1/10 at around 8 PM. There were only like 4 people yet he was slow and forgot to get us water. The ice cream also melted too quickly so we just drank soup with the crepe.

This location has been on my list for a while and I was excited to try some amazing deserts. I was sadly disappointed. I got 2 slices of pie (apple and cheesecake) to go. With tax and tip the amount came to $36+. I think it was $16 per slice for an average size slice – about 2″ wide at the edge.

I know they say they use premium ingredients, but the cheesecake was like a mediocre grocery store desert. It didn’t taste like NY cheesecake or homemade. It wasn’t dense or creamy and didn’t seemed to have been baked like a true NY cheesecake. I was excited about the strawberry topping, but that was the only garnish other than a sprinkle of powdered sugar and the thin drizzle mostly landed on the bottom of the container. Maybe sliced strawberries, whipped cream, a cholocate or cookie garnish?

Same with the apple pie and caramel. The apples were so overspiced that it was hard to taste the apples and it overpowered the little bit of carmel drizzle. It tasted like there was something more than cinnamon. Allspice maybe? The crust wasn’t a traditional crust. It was almost more of a dry cake with the texture of a frycake. I guess I’m a traditionalist when it comes to apple pie. I don’t think I’ve ever had apple pie with powdered sugar sprinkled on top.

The decor was beautiful, the menu sounded amazing, and the service was great. But not for the price. Maybe the prices help pay for the decor? I had expected amazing, over-the-top desert and felt like I ended up with generic slices of pie. There are amazing bakeries in the area – give a small, local place your business and maybe get something “decadent”.

(Photos of my deserts – I know they are blurry. I’m a terrible food photographer!)

So, I’m not sure what the “dessert experience” refers to. I had a date night here and this was our first visit. It’s a good thing we are married because the music was so loud that I could not hear the conversation with my husband.
He had the chocolate banana, waffle, with peanut butter ice cream and I had as the picture depicted a slice of their red velvet cake with vanilla bean ice cream. I had some of my husband’s ice cream. It was supposed to be peanut butter, but tasted very plain to me. His waffle was supposed to be chocolate chip peanut butter to compliment the chocolate covered bananas and it also tasted very plain.
The best way to describe the red velvet cake was dry wax. The cake itself was so dry and the frosting throughout had no flavor and the texture of hard wax. It was awful. More than half got sent back. The young lady that was our server was fantastic. She was very nice and sweet. She was friendly and had a smile on her face and even though she was running around like a chicken with no head, she was still laughing and smiling and conversing with her customers. As far as ambiance, I can only surmise that they are referring to the decor and the beautifully painted walls that help you feel like you are stepping through a storybook.
Be prepared. This place is not cheap, our tab including tip was almost $65.00.

An experience is what they’re serving and that’s all they are serving. The place is nice, but the menu cover is an AI generated image, which basically set the standard. We sat down and it took 10 minutes to be greeted followed by another 10 for drinks to finally be brought. It wasn’t very busy either. The food was also sub-par. For the price you pay, you would expect something exceptional, but the menu is full of nutella and novelty trends. Small portions are fine for desserts, but the plate did not reflect the price. I had a brownie dish with ice cream, drizzled with syrups and some kind of nuts, which decorated the enormous plate and my ice cream was half melted away when it got to me. Flavor-wise, it was very average, and an amateur can make better at home.

Also, if you thought having servers sing for your birthday was bad, they blast ‘happy birthday’ over the speakers for the entire dining room.

Saw this place and instantly got excited for the “experience”. The decor and atmosphere met that excitement level. Prices were a little high but I figured I’d be pleasantly surprised by the presentation. Not so much and I ended up being disappointed. The brownie was sickening too sweet and didn’t have a good taste. I was supposed to have candied pralines and I only tasted 2-little bits. My party all had milkshakes and they were not impressed either.

This place seriously lacks coordination. I visited the restaurant today evening along with my wife and my infant kid in a stroller. As we arrived at the waiting area, the first staff person said from a distance that he’d be right with us. Suddenly, a second staff person came to the counter and told us there would be a 25-minute wait. We were a bit confused, but we agreed to the wait. She took our contact details, but after that, she asked us to leave the restaurant and wait in the parking lot. It was raining outside, and given that we had an infant with us, I found that quite rude and inconvenient. What was most unfair was that there were other customers in the waiting area, but we were the only ones asked to leave. At that moment, I decided to leave the restaurant and not come back. I have been a regular customer here for the last three years because I really liked the food and the ambience at this place, but you just lost a customer today. Thanks for ruining our Saturday evening dessert plans.
P.S.: Based on the SMS alert, the waiting time was actually 10 minutes, so I don’t know why this person said it would be 25 minutes. It’s like she really wanted us to leave the restaurant.
