When this place first opened, it was amazing! Pizza was great, the crust was thick and the ranch was awesome! I don’t know what happened recently, but the past 2 orders have been terrible. The pizza had a stale gross taste and texture, the breadsticks had an “old” flavor, and no matter what thickness of crust you order it’s always so thin. If the original is like that, I’d hate to know what you get with the thin crust. I don’t know what happened to the quality but it seems like they have done some sort of employee purge and now the newer guys just can’t get it right.

Ordered meals. Didn’t receive drinks right away.. sat for 30 mins waiting, got up to check the status of our order and the lady said “I saw the time on it, it’s in there” then she offered us drinks while we wait, I said we ordered drinks and never got them, we both ordered sweet tea which of course wasn’t ready so we had to wait on that still. The sweet tea was NASTY, our order came out 40 mins later and it still wasn’t correct.

We got a coupon a while back to try this place, so we came in last night to give it a try. We hadn’t before because the cost was so high on their pizzas, but the coupon was for 7.99 large 1 topping pizza. We asked the guy if extra cheese counted as a topping and he said yes, so we gave him the coupon and ordered 1 large cheese pizza with extra cheese and a 6.99 apple pie pizza. The guy tells us its 23 dollars and we were like, no it isnt. He then said, it was the tax. There is not 6 dollars in tax on that. Then he tried saying it was the extra cheese for 1.75, which still isnt that much. We stood there for quite a while before he got the order rang up right and the dudes name tag said he was a lead, all while some other employee was cussing in the back.
So we get the pizza and it was the worst pizza I have ever eaten. I have worked at every pizza place in duncan, unfortunately, and my husbands favorite food is pizza and that was trash. The sauce tasted like picante sauce and BBQ sauce kind of and like there was pepperoni on it and they picked it off. The crust was so hard that I could have filed it down and used it as a weapon. The cheese globbed up in my mouth in a way that litterally made me feel like I was going to choke, I just kept chewing the glob. It probably took me 2 or 3 solid minutes to swallow that one bite, because the cheese wouldnt separate.
Litterally went and got McDonald’s right after. This place has no business being a business. I should have known since theres never anyone there, but I assumed it was because of the prices. Bless the people who paid full price for any of that

Pizza was very, very small for a medium. tasted like just tomato sauce. No other flavor very bland will not order again.
