Did online ordering. They put chicken instead of steak on my sub. Got home, tried calling the store and they didn’t pick up their phone. Credit card chargeback I guess.

Rude customer service. They were yelling at customers to move away from the door, chaotically running around and making snide remarks about customers. They told us that the sandwich of the day came with chips and a drink then pulled to charge full price on the sandwiches and extra charge for the chips with no drinks. Will not be visiting this location again. Very poor service

It was colder than hell inside. I asked for olives on my sandwich and they put four olives on a footlong and I said more pleased and she said they had a shortage and if I wanted more they had to charge extra ($1.50) for four more olives….

Ordered online, called, and went in person – Very poor customer service! I have celiac and can’t have bread, they put my food on bread. The special instructions did not go through, and all I was told by staff was “nothin’ we can do about it.” I can’t eat the food, no refund or remake was offered, and now I get to go buy food somewhere else. My dogs will enjoy the treat at least.

Our family hasn’t stopped at a Subway in a long time, but I’m glad we chose this one for lunch! The staff were kind, genuinely helpful, and patient with our kiddo being indecisive about his order : )

Went in today, the parking lot was empty which made me nervous! We’re just passing through town and don’t know the area. Anyway Cindy welcomed us very enthusiastically and seemed to genuinely enjoy her job.
It’s been a LONG time since I’ve had such great customer service. She was awesome, patient & knowledgeable. She made great suggestions. Thanks Cindy! She deserves a raise!!

They are a bit slow in the drive thru. One female employee seems rude but it might be just how she talks to everyone. Exterior could be freshend up a little. Order is correct every time and food is good.

I came in 30 min to closing and was greeted by the young woman with advanced age. She was the best sandwich artist I’ve ever experienced at a subway. She made the sandwiches very well and was such a sweetheart. If I lived in the area, I would go to this subway just for her.
