My son wanted Panera yesterday so I got it for him. He enjoyed his meal and said it was really good. He had a Grilled Chicken Avocado BLT and a Frozen Hot Chocolate. And since I walked in, the staff was welcoming and extremely helpful. Will definitely recommend and be back. Awesome place!! Keep up the good work. And Thank You for everything.

Lunch at the Panera Winter Park.
Chipotle chicken avocado melt on the Black Pepper Focaccia and the Asian sesame chicken salad.
Both were great. I love the Black Pepper Focaccia bread. The sandwich had it a little bit of kick but not too much. The Asian salad was good but it does not compare to the Thai salad from a few years ago. The salad had a lot of texture.
Bonus is the atmosphere. Winter Park Panera for lunch is always a great idea.

Great experience at Panera in Winter Garden! Panera is always a great place for a fresh and tasty meal. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm smile and excellent service from Deja — also thanks to Deja for making sure our order was perfect! We enjoyed a delicious Chicken and Wild Rice Soup and a Toasted Fontega Chicken Sandwich with Garlic Sauce, accompanied by a refreshing Blueberry Lavender Lemonade. They also offer a nice variety of pastries — we tried the chocolate chip cookie, and it was delicious! The atmosphere is relaxing and enjoyable.

Location: Winter Garden at 3131 Daniels Road.
This location does not have a drive-thru. Unfortunately I can not rate this Panera location over a two-star because the service was very poor. I went inside the store to order “to go” thinking it was going to be faster than ordering pick up. I ordered a Cobb Salad and a Cream chicken soup with wild rice and the cashier over charged me by $10. She called the store manager to do a refund. Then she again charged me for an extra soup. Having to call the manager again! Then I was told by the manager to wait in an area assigned to pick up orders and the manager didn’t apologize for the inconvenience. I was waiting for my food to be ready close to 30 minutes since the cashier took my order. There were only two girls preparing all the orders (dine in, take out, pick up, and curbside pickup). These girls were very efficient but there were too many orders for only two people. This is not the first time that the food order takes this long. It happened one time before when I ordered curbside pick up. I was waiting for 30 mins in my car after the food was supposed to be ready to be picked up.

Place is always scuzzy. Just watched male at 910 pm cashier bite nails spit them on the floor grab a cookie to bag without washing his hands to place in my bag. Forbid I go talk to the GM about it. Like they would do anything about it anyway. Tossing my food out. Waste of money.

I have ordered from this Panera Bread location for several years due to its proximity to my job. I can honestly say over the past 3 years the food and service have declined, and in the past 6 months a drastic decline. Despite countless errors and “oversites”, I usually have my food orders through the app and delivered since I am unable to leave my job for lunch. This time was the absolute worst. I ordered a cup of Cream of Chicken & Wild Rice Soup, Half Napa Almond Chicken Salad Sandwich with Light Salt & Pepper, Pickled Red Onions, Arugula, Spinach, and On the Side Country Mustard, a bag of chips, and 1 brownie.
The presentation of the sandwich was sloppy with 1 price of arugula and a few pieces of pickled red onions. No spinach or mustard on the side. No regular pickle which comes with a sandwich and the chips were also missing. The icing on the cake was when I saw a Post-it in the bag explaining the two cookie substitutes for not having the brownie I ordered.
The quality of the food was far from tasty. The soup was cold, half-filled and also very thick, even thicker after warming it in the microwave. As mentioned above the sandwich looks sloped together as if no care was taken to prepare it and after only one bite I tossed it in the trash. As for the 2 cookies, I didn’t eat them because they were rock-hard.
I’m annoyed that someone took the time to write a note about a substitution but wouldn’t take the time to call. I’m beyond disgusted by the preparation of my food and the manner in which it was handled. Serving paying customer their food this way is NOT ACCEPTABLE! I’ve seen hospital trays that looked better! My 8-year-old niece would prepare a better sandwich than this! I wish whoever it was took the time as if they were preparing the food for themselves to eat. A simple ask and yet so difficult to execute.
I believe one apple does spoil the bunch, and the poor quality, service, and overall experience from this meal and others before it has taught me a lesson to stop eating at this location and all Panera Bread.

if you’re going to eat from here, don’t drive & don’t order from a delivery service… they share a parking lot with about 20 other stores, and the lot us sized for maybe 4 or 5 stores… Panera can be half empty and you have to park 2 lots away, and don’t try the walk with kids, too dangerous

I enjoy coming to Panera. They are consistent whatever city you are in. I gave four stars today instead of the usual 5 stars.. just because they forgot some items in the bag. We had to run for our office meeting, and didn’t double check when we got our pickup order.

I had a very bad experience at this restaurant. I came here to get a breakfast sandwich replace the sausage with chicken or steak. One of the managers Sarah Elizabeth I took my order I gave her my instructions but it seemed as if she really wasn’t listening. She seem kind of distracted. When I get my sandwich and I’ve bit into it, Immediately noticed that the sausage in the chicken were inside. So my order was messed up and I just paid for it. I informed the manager that my order was messed up. She immediately begin to whine And make excuses why my order was messed up with no apologies. It was a terrible experience I don’t believe I will be coming back here
